The best jewelry store. Chris sat with me for over 2 hours helping me figure out what engagement ring suits me best, even though he knew I wasn't purchasing. He is attentive, friendly, thoughtful, and hardworking. I ended up purchasing beautiful diamond earrings with the help of Chris. I have been coming here for years and I will not go elsewhere for jewelry, especially diamonds! Thank you Chris and SVS!

My boyfriend and I went in today to look at engagement rings for the time. The moment we walked in the vibe was very welcoming. Donna sat with us and showed me many options and let me try on everything that I wanted. Donna answered all of our questions and made the whole experience extremely comfortable. 100% recommend this store the service was impeccable.

I ordered a pendant from SVS and it came exactly as described online. Overnight shipping came on time & I was communicated by the company during the shipping process. I am very pleased with my experience and would likely purchase from them again.

The ordering process was seamless and delivery was quite lee than I expected but I am on the East Coast. As far as the necklace, it is gorgeous! It was a gift for my daughter and she absolutely LOVED it! Thank you SVS for always providing high quality items that never fail to impress.

Donna and her team were absolutely Amazing. She was incredibly informative, patient and did not try to over sell us. The team was very responsive in communicating with me each step of the way. The outcome was a beautiful engagement ring with exactly everything I wanted. I could have not asked for a better person to assist me for such a special moment.I highly recommend SVS, I couldn't be happier with their service, professionalism, and caring attitude. Liz and team were so great at helping us select our custom wedding bands. We had a tight schedule and she made sure that we got them in time for our wedding. She kept us in the loop throughout the whole process and was very patient with us. We were very happy with the service and our rings!

use to go to this jeweler until they ruined my pendant that held so much significance to me. It had a small enamel eye fall out so I went to have it replaced. It should have been a very simple fix as it just needed to be filled with enamel. Instead the jeweler had no understanding of this and was searching for a replacement eye. He made it seem as though this was the only way to fix it so I sadly agreed to let him put this replacement in. In the process of adding this new piece they completely ruined the borders of the pendant. After being so unhappy they offered to fix it and this went on for months. Me going to pick up the pendant only to see how hideous it looked and them insisting it could be fixed and again and again it just kept looking worse and worse. I just got to the point where I picked up the pendant and now it's in a box because it hurts me to look at it. Something I loved so much completely butchered because they didn't understand that it only needed to be filled in with enamel. In addition to that horrendous incident the first time I went to this jeweler I was sold an adjustable necklace for a pendant with two hooks. This should have never been offered for a pendant like this as it is physically impossible to use the adjustable feature because the back clasp will show to the side or the front depending on how small the necklace is made. In order to attach this necklace to my pendant the necklace needed to be broken into two pieces to attach to each side of the pendant another terrible idea as this necklace can now never be put back together. And because of the type of chain it is it breaks very easily where they cut it so they completely compromised the chain. It's had to be repaired 3 times already. This was not a cheap necklace and now I can't fix it to use with a more appropriate pendant it's absolutely ridiculous. And during one of the repairs they did for this necklace when I showed them how it's not even on each side when I adjust the necklace they cut one side down and kept the additional chain they cut off when it was a part of my necklace and not there's to keep. Unfortunately I wasn't the one picking up the necklace and my husband did t think about the missing chain piece they never gave him. I would never trust or recommend this place. They clearly are not good jewelers and I have had two pieces ruined by them. This is jewelry we're talking about it's not exactly a cheap product so if you value your special items I'd look elsewhere. I now have two items of jewelry I can't use thank to this place.

What a fabulous experience I had at SVS! From the moment I walked in, they were so attentive and knowledgeable. Chris W made me feel so special. She took my concerns and questions with a smile and constant attention. My necklace was repaired without any issues. It looks even more stunning then when it was given to me! The store was decorated so nice for the holidays! It even smelled wonderful and enticing when I walked in! I highly recommend SVS for all your holiday shopping needs and even repairs like me!

Amazing experience! Felt so taken care of the minute we walked in. I had 4 other appointments that day to “design,” an engagement ring. Very pleased to say that I’m glad SVS was my first appointment because my fiancé was in love with what she designed. I decided to buy the one she loved that day. Only because of the level of care the staff showed us. There was absolutely no pressure and they were just happy to work with us!

My husband and I have always had nothing short of wonderful service at SVS. Being that this is my second marriage, I wanted to make sure my now husband picked a ring that was completely different from my first engagement ring, and he was able to work with Donna to find the perfect ring for me! She was very knowledgeable and super easy to work with, she made him feel very comfortable and confident with the entire process! SVS also made the wedding band shopping experience very easy for us! I love how warm and welcoming everyone is as soon as you enter the store!

Wow! So happy I found SVS fine jewelry. Took several watches there for battery replacement and they were so nice! My watches came back polished like new and in really nice velvet bags.
