Printer problem, went to Staples at 8:50 on a Saturday night. They fixed the problem. They were courteous and not bothered by an old guy needing help at closing time.

Good store for office supply, I hate the company as they have literally turned into a monopoly for office supply in the retail end, but this particular location has a good staff and makes my experience as pleasurable possible.

Products are usually well stocked in a neat and orderly fashion. Service is good particularly in both the ship and print centers.

Not a good service. I call before I come i ask if they accept drop off for UPS package. And the guy who answer me said yes. I went and wait in line. When the other guy saw that the bar code that was sent to me it says UPS Store. Said they dint accept that particular package. He explain aboit stores and the whole thing. I don't know that it means it is for store only. So I wasted my travel time and effort. Left with the heavy package. I am so upset with this kind of processing. Why can't the people explain so you don't have to waste your time and effort. I am sharing this so people should ask in detail so nobody waste time and energy going back and fort.

Aisha was the best support ever. We had a need for a quick turnover in printing funeral booklets, and she delivered ten fold! Not only did she get it done, but she called us personally to let us know it was finished. If you ever need anything at the Oceanside Staples, call Aisha!

Reference for store 1537, a great Associate.Dear Staples,I just wanted to take a moment to thank you for hiring really wonderful people to work behind your copy and print center at this location. I am particularly thankful for one gentlemen by the name of Courtney Duquesnay. I asked him his full name in order to submit this review. When I asked him about the corporate office email address, he stated, “it’s truly no biggie, you don’t have to do that”. This made me feel even more grateful. He wanted no thanks or praise for doing a wonderful job, how humble is he.I walked in needing some work laminated on Friday, January 5, 2024 and he cut everything to perfection and got the work done beautifully as well. I had a few work that needed to be done on Friday night and with a smile and no hesitation, he got it completed neatly and beautifully. I was so humbly grateful to meet an associate with so much kindness and exceptional customer service skills.I have tried writing to your General manager Dominik and other corporate offices to write of my great experience and I am posting it as a review as well here because a kind employee should never go un-noticed.

I was in urgent need of printing photos for a funeral the next morning and the woman working was beyond helpful. Luckily it wasn't busy, so she helped to make it easy to measure the frames I had, printed for me, edited the photos a bit as needed for size and brightness. I could not ask for more. thank you!

They have horrible service lacking communication ‼️‼️‼️not well staffed not friendly not knowledgeable lacking that as well ? no one I spoke to knew how to load a printing card at all this is by far the worst staples I ever encountered ??? went back to the same staples same rude non interested Manger? working in the printing department lacks the consistencies needed to share excellence in the meet and greet at staples he needs to be put in the stock room shelving until he understand how important his position is at Staples ‼️‼️‼️‼️ Hood manger position needs to be reevaluated asap
