don’t go here!! the guys here are so rude and disrespectful, not to mention product looks like fake/knockoffs, so many better smoke shops in the area

I went in to the store around 8:30 in the evening. I was looking at devices and someone came over to help me. I was asking him some questions but he became annoyed and impatient. He didn’t give me much information on what I was looking for. I asked him about juice that he had but I couldn’t hear him nor understand what he was saying because he was speaking to fast. When I asked him again to repeat it, his reply was “I just told you 3 times already”. I asked for his name and he said KENNY. I said you don’t have to be rude and he became even angrier and said well what do you want? I then said calm down please and you can either help me or i can leave and buy nothing. He went back and forth with me and I became disgusted. I left the store and called the owner the next day. He said if I come in, to ask for him. I told him that’s not the point and my complaint should be addressed with Kenny. Horrible customer service. Learn how to speak to people. I won’t go back to that store ever again nor will the people I’ve referred there.

The men who run this store are rude and misogynistic. They lie & dont honor warrenty. A product I bought from them broke and they refused to replace it. They told me to go get the charger and they would replace the full product. I came back with a male friend. Then they decide they will only give a refund and told me they would never sell us another electronic as if it was my fault it broke after 2 weeks when there’s a 3 month warranty.They only spoke to him, accused me of cursing them, and didn’t make eye contact with me once. I went to another smoke shop to rebuy the product & I am pretty sure this shop was selling knock offs because the one I got from the new shop had a paper inside that verified authenticity which this shop didn’t provide.

Honestly if I could give it 0 starts I would I got a vape from here twice that was 25 and after for days it started tasting like cotton and when I went back and told the guy he was like I’m not responsible they sell fake vapes that cost them lest then a dollar and sell it for 25
