My dermatologist recommended purchasing several over-counter skin products at Sephora. I've never been into a Sephora before...and upon entering- I was greeted by Kate, the sales associate. Kate promptly assisted me in finding exactly what I needed! A+

The store is amazing clean an organized Katie.V Kayla ask for them an my trini girl they where amazing actually the whole staff that Saturday evening was great they work together very well it feel like a family in there I was shock at the outstanding customer service

Omg the EMPLOYEES ARE AMAZING!! Every one was welcoming and knowledgeable!! Best experience I EVER had in a Sephora !!! Staff was amazing made sure we got what we needed and answered every question. Even when I thought they didn’t have my Clinique lipgloss she found it for me in the travel section… store was clean!! love this store location .. highly recommend!!! Shoutouts to Kayla, Katie V and my Trini sista!! <3 after a long week you guys made my week I really needed it !!

If I could leave 0 stars I would. On 3/29 I made an in store 60min makeup apt a month ahead, and was told their schedule wasn’t open yet, but I could leave my name and number with the date and time I requested and someone would confirm when the schedule opened up. I asked several times if I would have that appointment and they said yes. It is now 4/14, no one called to confirm and when I called to confirm, I was told they don’t have my appointment and it wasn’t guaranteed. Meanwhile I was assured in store that I would have that appointment by the manager and the beauty studio person Lizbeth. I even got a follow up email from her with the choices I picked out for said future appointment. Why take a customers info, if you weren’t going to schedule it? Skip this Sephora and go to the one in Kohls or Merrick

The attention of the people there was horrible, I went because I wanted to buy my dyson and they didn't pay attention to me and they didn't want to sell, I will never go there again
