I went in yesterday to have some shirts repaired and pants hemmed. And the man in the front was super nice, helpful, and my clothes were done by today! The price was fair, but you get what you pay for. Dont listen to reviews that say the owner is nasty. One thing about people is if you are nice, you get it back. If you have an attitude, you get it back. I Will be coming here for my tailoring and dry cleaning services from now on. Thank you!

If I could give it 0 stars I would. Took my daughter to get 2 blazers hemmed by the sleeves. They butchered them! The sleeves are now 3/4 sleeves! Disgusting and ruined! And they charged me $50 for me to have to throw them out since they cut the sleeves and didn't leave any fabric to be able to fix it. Never again will I return!

Very Rude Employees, I took 7 suits to be clean, I paid $180.00 because I had to do some alterations.I carried my clothes in small box, after I left the clothes at the cleaners the lady with glasses ask me very nasty to take my box, I asked nicely to put her with her garbage but did no want to do it and gave me attitude.. really ?These people think that do us a favor by bringing our business there.Service: Alterations

I have a couch with removable slip covers. Over the years they have gotten fairly dirty as it is a white couch. It was time to get them cleaned, so I brought the slip covers of the couch to Railroad Drive In in Oceanside, NY. There were four slip covers for the cushions and one large slip cover that ran across the entire couch. I had high expectations and told the owner about this. We kidding each other a little bit about what the outcome would be and he said - I can't promise you anything - but he would do his best. However I found out later that he did do his best. He soaked all the slip covers overnight which could've caused damage to his machines. When I put them back on my couch I was happy that I brought my slip covers to Railroad Drive In cleaners.

This place provides excellent customer service. The owner is a sweet family man who takes care of his customers. I truly appreciate his friendliness. They are quick, consistent, and always do a great job. I rarely leave reviews, but I highly recommend going to Railroad Cleaners for your dry cleaning.

Came to get a pair of pants hemmed and tapered and it came out to be extremely expensive. $27 to fix a pair of pants. I would suggest going some where else.

The owner is a very nasty person, who acts as if he's not. He may be nice to customers, but I know 2 people who have worked for him, who say how rude and mean he was to them, calling them stupid all the time and worse. Do not go to this place! Don't give your money to a man who treats people with such disrespect!
