I would give this location zero stars if I could. My grooming appointment was canceled without my knowledge and I called them to see what was going on. They were very unaccommodating and just brushed me off. I also called corporate to file a complaint. Very unprofessional!

waited around for 20 minutes to be told i can’t have a fish (plecos have no laws protecting them) because it CAN outgrow my tank. just know if you come here to buy an animal even if it’s empty, expect to wait at least 30 minutes. Last time i was here for a mouse I waited 45 minutes before a worker came to help.

Great selection of food, dry, refrigerated and canned. Lots of animals as well, reptiles, bugs to feed the reptiles, frogs, snakes, fish, hamsters, birds, and chinchillas! I take my pup there for the bakery style treats and to see the animals. Great zoo on a rainy day!

Great variety of goodies for my 4 legged son Duke, he wanted every toy on the shelf (like a boy sitting in a shopping cart) taking things off the shelf "mommy I want this" "oh look mommy I want this to" then giving me those puppy eyes with a grin. ? I went in for a few cans of wet food and a bag of dry. I left with that and 2 stuffed animals my boy wanted (from his grabbing them off the shelf. But I wouldn't want it any other way.
But next time I come to Petco he's staying home.

Receipts aren't needed if you register your telephone number for deals. Cheaper than buying online. Very courteous and helpful staff. I find that pet places do tend to be kinder. They encourage customers to return foods that pets don't like for store credit which is greatly appreciated.
