The service took too long. I HAD A 10 am appointment, which was the first thing in the AM. It took 21/2 hours, and when I went in to ask why it's taking so long, I was told they had three dogs simultaneously. So they either overbook or don't care. I would not go back to this place. Not even we are sorry. You get what you pay for.

The staff was not helping at all if you have to find a product and please whoever own the store please put aisle numbers in your store so when we ask the employee that where can I find this product so they can tell us the exact number rather than just go down over there after 2 asile take left and you will find a product on the right like How we gonna do it we don’t remember the whole store

I've gone for grooming and training. Lisa the trainer really hones in on teaching you how to set boundaries with your pup, giving you the tools to build a well mannered dog.
I've taken my doodle to be groomed numerous times, the staff are very professional and courteous.

I would give this location zero stars if I could. My grooming appointment was canceled without my knowledge and I called them to see what was going on. They were very unaccommodating and just brushed me off. I also called corporate to file a complaint. Very unprofessional!

waited around for 20 minutes to be told i can’t have a fish (plecos have no laws protecting them) because it CAN outgrow my tank. just know if you come here to buy an animal even if it’s empty, expect to wait at least 30 minutes. Last time i was here for a mouse I waited 45 minutes before a worker came to help.

Great selection of food, dry, refrigerated and canned. Lots of animals as well, reptiles, bugs to feed the reptiles, frogs, snakes, fish, hamsters, birds, and chinchillas! I take my pup there for the bakery style treats and to see the animals. Great zoo on a rainy day!
