Made an appointment last week and they had no record of it. They have a complicated system of confirming with emails that was not mentioned when I made the appointment or in any conversation. They would not see us because someone was going to be going to lunch and the procedure was going to take 1 to 1 1/2 hours. NO CUSTOMERS WERE IN THE BANK!!

The bank attends their clients well but there was an incident that left me and my brother unsatisfied.... What occurred was that one day I went with my brother to the bank since he doesn't speak English, next to us was a women who was about 80 years old listening to my brother and I speaking, she made a racist comment stating that "Here in America you don't speak Spanish and Trump would deport everyone to Mexico". I know that the bank doesn't have fault in this but I would like for the bank to make it aware to it the public that everyone deserves respect and should be treated equally despite your race or language. It was very shocking to hear such hate and I told the bank employee about this event.
