I have medical issues that do not allow me to wear a mask in public so I wear a "medical mask exemption card" around my neck when I enter any business. I've never had a problem at the supermarket, pharmacies, doctors offices etc. I was asked to leave after I told the head teller that I have a medical exemption. I needed to speak with a CSR about cash i had lost in one of their ATM's. She told me to wait outside, in cold and rainy weather, until the rep came outside. The rep did come out and handled my transaction and it took all of 5 minutes. They were ALL wearing masks and sitting behind plastic screens so they were safe. There was absolutely NO need to discriminate against me under the ADA and also violate the governor's own excutive orders which allows medical exemptions. I have filed a complaint with both DFS and the US Justice Dept for ADA violations.

Been to many branches over the years, this is the only one that grilled me like the feds for a 2100 withdrawal that took 25 mins. Embarrassing, made me feel like I broke some kind if law. Note to self, never even attempt living in this area. Its the 1920s over here still.

Needed to use this bank while my son was in school upstate. The branch was easy to park at and the representatives were quite helpful!
