The porter told me I could not be there because it was a private lot. How is anyone supposed to buy or lease a car if they can't look around? I hadn't even walked to the door yet. He also called me "sir" and never corrected himself, even though I am a woman.

I cannot speak more highly of the service I received from Mike Chase and his team. He was able to find me the exact car I wanted and had it delivered within two days. The best part of this all is that I didn’t even need to leave home. They handled everything for me - registration, insurance, delivery, etc. They even bought my old car that was not through Motor Network. Highly recommend them for an easy and painless experience.

Great experience. Had a lease no dealers were willing to get me out of due to the bank that owned it. Mike Chase assured me he could help and that he did. Ordered my truck and when it arrived the transaction was smooth. No need to visit a dealer or stay and wait for hours anywhere. Came to my job swapped cars. Couldnt have asked for anything more. Mike Chase is THE GUY. Thanks!

Mike, Nikki and their team at The motor network are AMAZING at what they do, always responsive and accessible. They completely eliminate all the hassles that come with purchasing a vehicle, including saving you $$$$! Their white glove service includes negotiation, paper work and delivery of vehicle to your doorstep. Even the delivery person was very pleasant and took his time to go over all the features of the vehicle. They even followed up after the delivery to check and make sure everything was going smoothly. After this experience, I don’t plan to ever step foot into a dealership!

Dealing with Mike Chase of Motor Network was the best experience I ever had leasing a car. Besides his prices being competitive, he was the only one able to get me the car I wanted. I called every dealership on Long Island and no one had the car available and then a friend of mine introduced me to Mike and within a week he pulled up into my driveway with my car. It was definitely hassle free and a pleasure to lease a car through Mike. He made it so easy and I look forward to leasing many more cars through him.

Best car leasing experience in 21 years! Mike was the best. He beat all dealer prices, was knowledgeable and professional and a pleasure to work with. No haggling with salespeople. After 2 short telephone conversations my car was delivered to my door!! The auto industry is in turmoil right now..Dealer ships are playing games with us and have nothing to offer...save yourself some aggravation and call Mike. He will get you the best price and you will not be sorry!! I will be recommending him to everyone I know!!

Prior to our introduction to The Motor Network, we had always leased our cars through authorized dealers. We worked with Aaron Katz. He's friendly. knowledgeable and very tenacious. The car we wanted had just hit dealers after a major refresh, the first on many years, and it was a hot property. He found a few that were close but either not our choice of colors or not optioned the way we wanted. He stuck with us and we eventually found the right one. Once that was out of the way, he negotiated a deal that we knew was better than any of the local dealerships had to offer ( because we had shopped them previously). He was patient the whole time and oversaw every step right up to and including delivery. It was a very good experience, and I would suggest you give them a try next time you are in the market.

This was our first time leasing a car through such a service as opposed to going straight through an authorized dealer. Aaron Katz was patient, professional and thorough. He presented a few cars that were close but no cigar, and stuck with us until we found the right one. Once we did, he worked just as diligently to ensure that we got the best deal possible. All in all a very positive experience. If you are in the market for a new car, I would strongly suggest you try The Motor Network!
