I was so happy with the customer service and quality of work from Monarch Glass. I dealt with Brian and Nick. I ordered 2 small glass shelves for my medicine cabinet. They were very kind on the phone and expeditious in making them for me. Their pricing was very reasonable. Wonderful business. I highly recommend them. A++++

Did a bathroom renovation and had all sorts of issues. The 1 contractor that I didn't have problems with was Steve from Monarch! He came to measure on a Saturday morning, The glass was ready when he said it would be. The install was smooth and flawless. Finished product was absolutely perfect. His prices are competitive. Would use Monarch for any glass work down the road! Thanks to Steve and his staff for their professionalism and workmanship.

From the ordering with Steve to the installation ,everything was seemless.I needed one pane in a casement window, and within a few days Xavier came to install it.Not 1 piece of glass broken or left behind.Excellent experience!

Steve and his team at Monarch Glass are fantastic! I had an Anderson Nay window that needed one of the glass panels replaced. I called Thursday morning and was told to email photos to get a free quote. The price was reasonable and Steve came out Friday to measure and said they’ll be by next week to install. Here it is Monday and my window glass was replaced! Thank you team!!!

I really wanted to support a local business.. I dropped off 4 screens to be rescreened and I was told it would take about a week, as they were a little backed up. I said fine, no problem. I called exactly 7 days later and I was told they hadn't started them yet, give them another day or 2. I called today and was told again they hadn't even touched them. I picked my screens up and brought them elsewhere. Disappointing.

Excellent glass shop. I ordered a custom sized plexiglass for my air conditioning unit and it was spot on the measurement. The glass is thick and quality, it's very clear too, I love it. I will get my glass cut here in the future, I am glad I called.
