Three cashiers on a Saturday at 4:00 pm? You have got to be kidding me. Never again will I return to this store! Be prepared to at least 15 to 20 for the cashier.

Management ignores the long lines and refuse to open additional register. More concerned with staff being able to leave on time so they are cleaning up the floor

Great store to shop in, but the wait on the line for check out is just too much.... and worth going back to shop. Only 3 lines open with at least 30 people waiting. I spent more time on the line than I did picking my items.

We were arrived there today at around 6:30P.M. We picked up some nice clothes for me and my daughter. We knew they will close at 8PM on Sunday. Went to the fitting room around at 7:15PM. The lady saw us said ” close , close “ . We asked “ close the fitting room now?” And the lady asked “cuantas pcs?”. I thought she asked how many pcs we have. We were starting account, and she said again “close , close “ again…. We left out cart and left the store. It was bad experience in this place , never back again if the same lady is there. Can’t understand what she wants to say about it. I will come back when I am learning Spanish

I was in retail for many years and have no patience for this kind of establishment. It’s a huge store and a huge mess. Merchandise strewn all over its dirty floor, with the only employees, as far as I could see, ringing the register. Line to check out is always huge. Why not invest a few bucks and hire people to keep the place neat and help customers? Very poorly managed.

Waited in jeweler section for 20 mins asked sales rep for help 10 mins later asked security For help he called someone over ….. I was very patient not only did she take someone before me, but I end up still waiting I find this very unfair I’m African American women and caucasian women get helped before me and check out before be after I was waiting over 20 mins I guess I’m not privileged on my money isn’t good enough

Today I shopped at Marshalls on Long Beach Rd. in Oceanside, New York. I have been shopping at this Marshalls for many many years. I am always very pleased.. There is an abundance of merchandise, and the prices are very reasonable. The employees are very eager to assist their customers, especially the cashiers! Today I met the manager, who also was my cashier He was extremely polite and made my shopping experience a delightful one! Thdnk you so much Marshalls of Oceanside New York!
