Oceanside kohls store is very well kept organized and staff are pleasant and friendly. For all the reasons I will continue to shop there.
Oh,btw,kohls merchandise are of great quality. Hey,you get a bang for your buck and them some( big discounts are continous).

The store vert tidy, had a great selection. The cashier was extremely polite. The line was long but we did not wait on line for ten minutes we weee in and out.

They should not let people purchase items at the returns counter. They had one associate for 15 people waiting. Made it worse when they let people purchase items as well!

The pants were not on the proper hangers,
Size of pants not matching the size on hangers. Made it very hard to find what I was looking for. This was all over the store in the womans depts.

I had one question about a pair of sneakers at checkout to see if they were on sale (a bunch of them were in the clearance 70% section) & Ms. Rude Lucy should’ve responded differently than she did. If you’re miserable don’t put on someone else. Disgusting customer service!
