Summer is amazing!
Have been coming here for four years.
She is always punctual, friendly, personal and my nails always look fantastic.
I can not recommend enough.
Once you’re one of Summer’s clients, you won’t want to go anywhere else.

The attitude of this store was terrible, and I left very angrily. When I first arrived at the store, I already felt that it was very shabby and old. I don't know if the person I saw was the owner or not, but he had his hair styled in a way that looked like it could be kicked (a topknot). His attitude was very bad. I came here to spend money and enjoy myself, not to look at his sour face. The service was also terrible. His wife was the one who attended to me. She didn't smile or speak the whole time. I was really angry and left.

My experience at this nail salon was beyond disappointing. The owner was shockingly rude, and the workers were just as terrible. The whole place was disgustingly dirty, with unsanitized tools and a generally unhygienic environment. The nail technician did a horrendous job – my nails were uneven, and some even chipped within a day. On top of that, they overcharged me for such poor service. I strongly urge anyone considering this place to look elsewhere. I certainly won't be coming back, and neither should you.

They were always so good but they disappointed. Two days before my trip to Italy and these are the nailed ones got! The one of the left is what I wanted and the picture on the right is what. I got. You be the judge, 3 hours and here’s the results.

The nail tech I had was rude. Work was just ok, but the funniest part when a lady next to me came to fix her nails (mind you she has been going there for years & pledged not to come back after that day) cz it was bubbling/lifting not cured right — she simply asked for thinner nails & have some of them re-done. The manager was called, he looked & called him out. He simply walked away cz he was embarrassed & ignorant — after that episode I knew to never go come back. Not gonna go 40 mins out of my way to deal with that kind of environment.

Requested style: The style tote nails to your liking and request.
Specialties: The specialties in jasmine nail salon is the availability they are willing to accommodate to your schedule the seating is comfortable and nice ambience.
Cleanliness: Very clean and sanitary they sanitize all their materials.
Stylist: I usually get a gel pedicure with nail tech C he provides great service and makes sure you’re comfortable and everything is to your liking and very patient.

Horrible service. Did an hour and a half nail job in 40 minutes. Polish everywhere and lifting the day I got them done. So insanely overpriced. I paid 100 dollars

I have to say I’m a little disappointed the last 2-3 times I’ve come here. I don’t live close by so when I can, I drive 30+ min to get here because I really loved the way Summer did my nails in the past (and anyone I’ve had if she wasn’t available). Overall the rest of the staff is really nice. The last 2-3 times she’s been pretty rude and didn’t hide her annoyance very well whenever I asked her to fix a design on a nail or two that I wasn’t happy with. I’m sorry but when I am paying about $28 for pedicure and $65 my hands (plus about 25 in tips) I expect them to be the way I would like. It’s not cheap I would like to get what I paid for not something sloppy. No matter how annoyed you get that a customer is not happy with the service you provided you should not show it. I worked as a waitress before and know how it is and I sympathize because sometimes you really get nasty customers. I didn’t say anything the previous times but this time I spoke up because I’m a paying customer and it’s unfair to feel like I can’t get what I paid for and get attitude on top of it. Needless to say I’m never asking for her again and will gladly go back with someone else because the rest of the staff have been really nice.

Place is small outdated and barely any parking. I was interested in a French acrylic set and asked for a price. After she asked 2-3 people, the response changed from $45 to $55 to $65. The service I ended up receiving was a $30 pedicure that didn’t even last a week. The same day I got my pedicure it began to chip and crack. Save your coin.

I really wanted to like this place. I’ve heard great things and have been following them on Instagram for some time. Unfortunately, I will not be coming back. The staff were polite for the most part but the service I received I don’t believe is worth the price. I typically get a powder manicure and gel pedicure same color. I requested a pink color from the book given to me that they claimed was a match system, which I am familiar with. Meaning, any color you pick they have the matching color in both forms (gel and powder). When doing my pedicure the color appeared peach, I noticed and asked the nail technician and she said it’s the color I chose. I’m not picky and allowed her continue with the peach color. When I was given a new technician for my manicure the color applied pink, which was what I initially chose, but this did not match my pedicure. If the color looked different on me then it did the model that was okay, but I at least would have liked my pedicure to match my manicure. I brought this to the nail technicians attention, they did check to make sure it was the same number but could clearly see either way it was a COMPLETELY different color. I would have simply liked to be given a solution, perhaps changing my pedicure color to a color that matched my manicure. I have decided to write a review because not only was I not given a solution but the actual manicure and pedicure were subpar as I was left with nail polish and gel all over my skin surrounding the nails. I paid 100 dollars for mix-matched mani/pedi and am left cleaning polish up to make the job looks decent until my next nail appointment that will not be booked here. My manicurist was lovely and sweet but I can’t fathom that being the only reason I come back.

1st & last time I will ever utilize this place. They promote that they know how to do Gel-X, which they do not. The employee didn't cut, file shape, or file my nails evenly. What a waste of time & money. Long Island has way too many other options for this low quality service...

9 out of 10 times that I make an appointment, they have someone sitting in my technicians chair, and they tell me to come back in 45 minutes. I stopped going there because of this very thing, they don’t honor appointments. They tell everybody that calls to come in whether they have Availability or not, then they try to push you off to get a pedicure while you’re waiting. It’s a shame because the technicians are good. But my time is valuable and if I make an appointment, I expect it to be honored.

If you booked an appt with this place don't even bother. They overbook all the time and you end up waiting 45-60 minutes after your appt time to even start with soaking. There's only a few people who work here that will do a good job with your nails the others can't even do basic nails well. It's not worth going here. There's other places literally down the block that do designs just as well and respect your appt time.
