Unprofessional rude and discourteous! The 6 ft heavyset guy was horrible, very rude and he nearly damaged my car and then got all in my face like it was my fault.

Treated me terribly. Very rude. Allowed my belongings in my car to get ruined after they towed it from an accident by leaving the windows opened and rain to pour on the items etc. The windows closed fine at time of accident. I even attempted to close the windows at the scene of accident when the tow operator was towing my vehicle as it was raining and he opened them again. I specifically requested he close the windows and instead they left them open. This place will not treat you right!! They will treat you and your stuff like garbage!! Stay away if you know what is good for you!!

This tow yard is a SCAM. After having the insurance company call and confirm payment to the tow yard they would not allow me to retrieve my belongings from my vehicle they also physically and verbally assaulted me by pushing me aggressively away and cursed me out for having a sticker on the back of my car that says "free the hostages". This place is dangerous and should not be in business. The police contacted them to tow my vehicle after a car accident. They will take advantage of you don't use them!! Please report this business

Great customer service, helped an awful situation provided by Angelo’s pizzeria in Malverne. Jack was amazing. He really helps out the company and makes every situation better for the most part.

0 stars!!!!!!! Booked a U-haul and went to pick up at my scheduled date and time. The business was closed and no one answered the phone. Had to book one elsewhere a half hour away. Unreliable

Booked a U-Haul through them and the place was closed at my pick up time (9am on a Friday). No one answering door or phone after 45 minutes of waiting. NEVER BOOK HERE!

Hadrick and his crew are top notch. Don’t believe the negative reviews. As a towing company they also do parking enforcement and people always blame the tow company and not themselves.HR has come through for myself and my family several times and I can’t thank them enough.Service: Car towing

Just wanted to express my great experiance with HR towing and rd asst, needed a quick battery jump (left my hazzards on) called them at 6:15 am they called back within 15 min and 1/2 hr later they were at my building with the help i needed, you cant ask for greater service like that, thanks to HR towingBob

I called them up and explained where I needed my car to be taken for repair. I explain that the car was not drivable and needed a tow truck to be equipped with a Dolly. They told me not worry and that they will be there at suck and such time and the driver will call. The driver called me where he was and was on the way. They came before the time which was great. Honestly lost for words at the quality of work Hadrick and his team put on my car , from start to finish he walked me through the entire process and was available anytime via phone if I had any questions( which is rare nowadays) Please consider HR if u need anything done.

They charged more than the agreed upon price for a tow. They convinced the shop to which my vehicle was towed to cover the surprise fee on my behalf.
