Rob and his son were very professional. What impressed me the most is their ability to discover what is in bad or in good shape. They also gave me the details on how to solve any issue they might noticed. I really appreciate what they have done for me and wife as we are in process to purchase our first home.

A 2 man inspection team is a rare thing to see in real estate inspections. These guys are punctual, professional, and incredibly informative. Good senses of humor too! Excited to refer them more business in the future.

We service Brooklyn, Queens, Nassau & Suffolk and are available 7 days a week (evenings & weekends). Residential and Commercial inspections are available. We offer a 10% discount for military and first responders. We recommend that you, the home buyer, be present during the home inspection.
