They used to be good. I have been coming here for years but lately they cannot fill one of my prescriptions because evidently there’s a nationwide shortage. They may have a small network of suppliers because I called my mail-order pharmacy affiliated with my health insurance company and they had both generic and brand name of the same exact drug I needed. Also the brand name was much cheaper than what I was quoted by Levins

We were away from home for my daughter's surgery. The local pharmacy did not have all the discharge prescriptions. evin's pharmacy had what we needed. It was filled promptly. Everyone in the store was so nice. I highly recommend them!

I like this pharmacy and I usually don’t have any problems, but there’s one woman who works there that is incredibly rude!! She’s always short with me when she answers my call and cuts me off while I’m speaking. If this wasn’t the only place I could get my medication I would probably stop coming here entirely.

First time patron to Levin's Pharmacy. A++++ is an understatement. I live about 20 minutes east of Oceanside (about 4 towns over) but after the "Outstanding service" I received as a first time customer I am thinking of moving all my prescriptions over to Levin's. That's how impressed I was. Friendly, fast and medication "In Stock!" So long CVS! You are nothing but a distant memory after today!

Their a bunch of scammers from staff not knowing their boss name once ask-red flag.
Paid for a prescription with 6 free refills told by staff and once you call back for your refill all of a sudden you have to pay the same amount you paid for the prescription without even knowing if it works. Paying 420 for 7once bottle of serum for hair loss. I don’t wanna wish bad pon people but I pray something not so nice happen to all a them

Truly a customer-centric pharmacy and retail store. My family including my 95 and 88 year old parents have been going to Levin for over 35 years, and the service and quality remains top notch. The Levins' team is respectful, positive, professional and very helpful. They make sure there are no interactions among the many medicines prescribed and help you understand how to take the medications appropriately. So many big companies say they care about their customers, this local pharmacy team truly does. Also, they have a great selection of cards and gift bags at 50% off, which is still 75% less than that of other retailers including Hallmark. It was like a victory today, buying a 6 mth supply of cards and gift bags for 75% less than what I would normally pay. Also, big shout out, actually big hug!, to Fran at the Rx counter - so wonderful to my elderly parents and very helpful. Highly recommend the Levin's team!

Been going to Levins since moving to Oceanside over 30 years ago. Great personal service. Prefer small pharmacy to CVS, Walgreens, etc. personalized service. Friendly atmosphere. Prices more reasonable than chain stores. Prescriptions always ready in a matter of minutes. Never a long wait. They also deliver if you prefer. Highly recommend Levin's.

One of the worst pharmacy’s I’ve been to in my life. EVERYTHING IN THERE IS A RIP OFF , DOUBLE THE NORMAL PRICE, AND EVERY PRODUCT THEY HAVE OR SELL ARE FAKE EXPIRED OR STALE. 2ndly all the associates are extremely rude and not friendly At ALL. They have absolutely NO CUSTOMER SERVICE VALUES, the owner does not care AT ALL ABOUT HIS CUSTOMERS, as long as he’s making money. Lastly the pharmacy NEVER HAS ANY MEDICATION, and will not order it for you unless more than 20 people need the medication, and has gave me the wrong medication in the bottle than what I was prescribed . If your looking for a mom and pops pharmacy I WOULD DEFINITELY NOTTT RECOMMEND IT TO ANYONE . There is a AMAZING MOM AND POPS RIGHT DOWN THE RD IN OCEANSIDE CALLED OCEAN CHEMISTS 3124 Longbeach rd Oceanside ! Night and day difference!
