Gigi Carpets did a great job cleaning two bedroom carpets and an area rug that have needed it! They did a great job and kept it neat cleaning up along the way to each room. Their price was reasonable and they were convenient. They came to Long Beach and cleaned my carpets on the 2nd floor of a house. They explained how long it would take to dry and maintenance.

Cleaned an old stained sofa and made it look like new. Cleaned four dining chairs - ditto results. Francis is professional as is her husband the lead person on the job and his crew. Gave me advice on how to keep the carpet clean and even left a fan for me to dry it! All of the paint stains came out and the carpet looks and smells brand new. Couldn't be more satisfied with our experience with GIGI Carpet Cleaning Service! The cleaning crew arrived on time. They were friendly and professional, with smiles on their faces. I gave them a quick tour and they began working right away. The prices are fair and the quality looks excellent. The before and after contrast with the carpets was impressive!

They steam cleaned and washed my carpets to perfection. They update you promptly and use the best cleaning solutions that don't stain or damage your carpets. We have been using them every month, for about 3 years now and have always been satisfied with the level of professionalism and competence they bring to the table. Gigi recently steamed cleaned my upholstered creamed colored club chairs, wall to wall carpets and hand cleaned my oriental rug. Everything came out beautiful. I highly recommend Gigi, he is an honest, hard working man and his prices were GREAT!
