I haven't purchased anything from the Gap in YEARS... Yet I was thrilled with the service I received from both the sales associate AND the cashier! Will definitely go back and patronize again--(And for the record... I am a woman of color❤️??)

As a person of color the atmosphere was awkward for some reason; but perhaps some of the other customers need some exposure. I picked up an online order, that went smooth and the staff was polite and helpful. The highlight of my experience, was the cashier! We discovered that we share the same birthday. I do plan to visit again because I love the brand and am a former employee (many moons ago).

This new gap outlet, the people that work there were rude to my wife. And then. For other people they get greeted coming in and going out. Too bad they had to down grade to outlet service also. It was better before. My wife has been going there for over 15 years.

This place have good deals, but they employees made me not want to buy anything. I work in retail so i expected a "hi how are you?" Or a "do you need help with anything?"...i didn't get nothing but a lady following me from one room to the next. I understand its a predominantly white area but that dosent mean when a african american walks in you have to ignore them. And now i understand why their side of the parking lot is soo empty.

Such an awful checkout experience- no one wants to assist if you need a different side! Rosie was absolutely rude, beyond rude. I will never shop at Gap again. She’s beyond disgusting.

It's the Gap ... Though I don't understand the 4 large trash bags full of sweaters when you walk in... Hang or fold them... Looks trashy. This place is too overpriced to go garbage picking at.
