Even though I made an 8:30am appointment the day prior, it took these people 6 hours to change my oil. I waited around all day for it. They did not call me to tell me my oil change was done. I ended up walking over, prepared to take my business elsewhere, but saw they had completed the oil change "30 minutes ago"--so rather this was a 5.5 hrs oil change!--After I paid, I told the owner I was unhappy, and his response was that he didn't need my business anymore. No problem! No one from my household is going to be using this unprofessional shop anymore!
