1 star is even too low!
When u list on google and your website your hours of business, u should try to be open those hours… NOT PUT A PIECE OF PAPER ON THE DOOR SAYING THIS LOCATION IS CLOSED AT 2pm TODAY!!!
I understand & sympathize that things happen but as a biz owner, I know it takes a 5 min call to google and an adjustment on my website to say due to circumstances we apologize but have to close early today..,
It’s UNACCEPTABLE to be that irresponsible and just close like that without better preparation.
You 100% lost my account and confidence.
Even the horrible owner at the Long UPS store would not do this!!
Do better FEDEX!

I didn’t have a car so I hired door dash to drop off my prepaid packages to this location, received a call to be informed my packages can not be accepted because I did put over the boxes reusable shopping bags and taped them to keep the measurements clear, thinking I’m helping myself avoid any incidents in the future. Anyways came to my attention FedEx do not recommend it claiming it may cause problems the package getting stuck (Been shipping since 2005 never had an issue) But fine FedEx (this nothing to do with the store) The lady who called me said that and I said what am I going to do, Stress level sky rocketed cause I don’t have a car and I have breathing issues I’m not supposed to walk in the cold or humid weather. I explained to the lady and this wonderful woman went above and beyond to make the experience less stressful for me. I wish I knew her name, I will definately pass by their store one day. Things went smooth and I was trying my best to be nice to her and the other employees keeping in mind they are there to help and nothing their fault.
For me personally I do really appreciate this amazing team for being such great people, Very kind and willing to explain things and listen to me, I may not be able to repay them enough, BUT I hope my review would let people go to them and be nice and patient with them too.
Thank you for the amazing staff for being so very kind and patient with me.
I do recommend everybody to give them their business, I bet you will be happy to go them.

The customer service was outstanding at this location! I had problems using the Print and Go. I got so flustered trying to send my attachments to their printer.
The representatives were so kind and patient with me. They helped me print up everything that I needed.
I am so appreciative of all their assistance ❤️

Chris is a prince. Graceful and kind, he couldn’t have been more helpful. Twice helped me get important packages out the door amidst the end-of-day rush. Give this guy a raise, bonus, promotion. Excellent and seamless service. While I waited briefly online, I took note of how the Customer Service Reps - Sabrina, Laraina & Nick worked and interacted with the customers - they were professional, warm and helpful! Special shout out to Nick who helped me personally. His knowledge, professionalism and kindness made my shipping experience a breeze. The store was clean and inviting.
If you are in Nassau County and want friendly and knowledgeable customer service, RUN to the Oceanside location. What an awesome team!

Solid service here. I came in to drop off a return package and to copy some paperwork, and I had no idea how to use the copier. The clerk offered to make the copies for me.

Horrible customer service from management on down. Gave incorrect information on what would be needed to pick up a package and then on my 2nd trip didn't even check my identification and laughed at my wasted time....I'll be calling corporate don't waste your hard earned money and time at this location.

At the end of a long and tiring day, I was feeling quite nervous about shipping my numerous items, including a large and delicate order of many small porcelain figurines and multiple large art pieces. However, Sabrina's calm and professional demeanor immediately put me at ease. She patiently handled our requests and was not daunted by the many intricate items my brother and I brought in. Sabrina went above and beyond in her assistance, waiting until we had called each client to agree on their shipping fee and ensuring that our packages were stored properly with the correct name and address. This made updating our invoices a breeze and relieved a lot of stress on my end. We are truly grateful for Sabrina's exceptional service and professionalism, and we will definitely be returning to the Oceanside office for our future shipping needs. Thank you so much, Sabrina!

An IKEA delivery pickup was scheduled for 12/26/22. Went to pick it up and the store was closed for the holiday. No worries maybe it was Ikeas error. Received email stating I had 48 hours to get it or it would be returned. Called FedEx at 9:05 am on 12/27 to notify them I’d be there 12/27/22 to pick up order and ask them not to return it. Phone rang and rang no one picked up. Called again at 9:18 still no one answered the phone.This is my first experience with this FedEx not happy at all.
