“I’ve been living in the area for close to twenty years and unfortunately everyone has always agreed that our 7/11 staff wasn’t the best. The owner is awesome but some of cashiers have always been grumpy. I have to say though, their new hire “Lena” is an absolute joy to be around. Always smiling and makes it pleasant to finally visit my local store. I even have to go far to say that I would avoid my neighborhood 7/11 and travel to other ones but not anymore. Lena even held on to my wallet one day when I forgot it at the register. Just wanted to give recognition when it’s due. She’s been a great addition to your establishment.”
