If only I could I would give them a negative star. Horrible experience and horrible tree. Before coming I called and asked for a price of a Fraser Fir 8/9 feet tree, a lady on the phone told me it’s the same as last year, basically saying it will be whatever we paid last year which was 160$. At the time we came over the guys we met didn’t even want to open the tree for us claiming it’s hard for them to tie it up later and they gave us their word it is a Fraser fresh tree. Such a lie! It is dying after just one day! And the price they asked crazy 225$. Horrible experience and product! Do not go there ever. If not for my crying toddler I would have never buy this joke of a tree. If you don’t want to ruin your Christmas just don’t go there.

2023 Christmas Tree for your kids at $165. This is what you will bring home and a really bad smell!!! So sad they won’t answer the phone call and he gave me his phone number and he keeps texting me back. I can’t talk to you. It’s like a horror movie when you pull up your car gets scratched up and it’s like a dive with a broken down building that’s unsafe for people to walk around he told us $350 for a 8-9 feet . I begs him to exchange!!!! So sad dont wast your money!

The lady knows darn well why I was asking if she lived in a house. I wanted to inform her that we sold propane and firewood. That’s the only reason.

Nearly missed this place driving by but got a great Christmas tree! Needless to say this place is no frills, it's basically a parking lot but the trees are beautiful, Gary was more than willing to be helpful in picking one, tying to our car, explaining best practices to keep the tree alive as long as possible and the price of the tree was the same or better than other places nearby. Would recommend!

Eric was the guy who sold us this tree. Place doesnt look all done up like dees nursery but hes cool and he has great trees!!!!!!! Very happy

My family and I arrived hoping to have an awesome experience since this was the 1st time we bought a live tree. The seller was super rude and to me seemed very racist. Nor did he want to assist me. Instead he asked sarcastically.... do you have a house or an apartment. In a super degrating manner ! Mind you I am a homeowner of over 12 years in Nassau county. I would NEVER refer this palce to anyone! The sad thing is my mother is 100% WHITE!!!!!

Great, easy and quick experience. It was mine and my fiancé’s first time here. Both gentlemen were very quick, kind, responsive and got us what we were looking for! We’ll be coming back next year for sure :)

liarsi called and they said it was cut your own tree and when we got there it wasn’t and lied about never receiving my call and tried making me just buy a tree so they just lie to make you go there and buy a tree

They said we could cut down a tree and when we got there they said no we never said that and we asked who we were on the phone with and they wouldn’t tell us and we called them and the phone started ringing in the workers pocket and then we had to drive all the way home an hour there and an hour back

This was my first time purchasing a live tree and it was no a great experience. As soon as I pulled up, there was no real greeting. The other owner was sitting in the car the entire time. The only time he stepped out was for me to pay with my credit card. No greeting, just a thank you when I signed. The gentlemen who helped me made me feel more like I was being pushed a sale over a good experience. He opened up a tree and said it costs $100...I asked if it was 7ft because my husband doesn't want that. He said it should fit in your home...I said that's not the point, my husband doesn't want a large tree, so he places the tree on the ground and walks across to measure it and says it's less than 7ft. Then, I said well, do you have any trees that cost less, he said this is the going rate for a Frazier fir. I said my friend googled it and saw average price is $70...he dropped it to $80 ( I see on my account, I was charged $86.90...tax was not mentioned). Then there came time to place the tree on my car. I told him I had a blanket because I didn't want it to scratch my hood, he said the pines are soft, so it wont' scratch, I said I don't care, I want to use my blanket. so, we did. He tied it up to where one of the strings popped off before I reached home. There was no netting for the tree or anything. I was just so upset. I went to Home Depot afterwards to get a tree stand and I saw they had a nice collection of trees, same tree was $50-$60 there and they net the tree for you. I will be going there next year. I thought me telling him it was my first experience would let him know what I needed some help along the way, but instead he must have saw me as a customer who knows nothing and he's going to take me for all I got. I'm so unhappy. The only reason I got it from them was because my son really wanted a live tree and I didn't want to chance us not getting one. I DO NOT recommend going to this place unless you're a regular from the neighborhood. Maybe they will treat you nicer then!

Rip off and deceitful. I called prior to going to see if it was a farm where you could cut your own tree. They said yes. Spent an hour to get there only to find that they lied and they were all pre-cut and tied up already. Since I was there, I decided to might as well buy a tree anyway. They declined to answer how much the trees were. When I received the receipt, $135 for a 5' tree and some extra cut branches.

Fantastic service. Called them before going and told them I wanted a huge fluffy tree and got exactly what I asked for. When I arrived they already had perfect tree, fresh, ready for me. Friendly people, great conversation.

I purchased a cord or wood...4’ x 4’ x8’ stackedI got 3’ x 3’ x 6’-4”. A face cord!Was supposed to be charged $300 deliveredJust found out I was charged $325.88They are CROOKS!Next stop, consumer Affairs, the tax department and credit card fraud for themSTAY AWAY!!!!!!!!!!!

DO NOT GO HERE IF THIS IS THE LAST PLACE AVAILABLE!!!!! The owner is so rude and nasty and we left without a tree. Called the night prior to inquire about their tree selection AND price and was given incorrect information. I was disgusted that he wanted to charge me $200 for a tree 3 days before Christmas. When I said I’ll go elsewhere because that’s crazy he tried telling me I won’t find a tree anywhere else at this time and started to argue with me. I asked if he was working last night because I spoke with a nice man and specifically asked about pricing and he told me “I don’t answer our phone”. Overall really disappointed with the establishment and truly doesn’t care about the holiday spirit at all. Completely deceitful. Try to pass off trees as taller than they are and have the trees tied up so you can’t actually tell what they look like. STAY AWAY!!!!!!

Beyond unprofessional. Cannot get the owner on phone. Tree was rotting inside and now has fallen over due to poor placement. Do not shop here. Will be disputing charges on my account.
