WORSE BANK EVER original appointment 11.00 am with Fabiola dragon she never show up. No one let me know she called out JOSE WAS VERY HELPFUL IF IT WASNT FOR HIM I WOULDNT OPEN ACCOUNT!

What a joke I've been cashing a Chase check for years also being a Chase customer and the teller in the window apparently doesn't know what they're doing. I only stop by this Chase because it was on my way home otherwise I go to my usual Chase close to my house. I never had problems for years doing this in my branch and others. He was not knowledgeable and kept repeating the same thing over and over and I've been giving him the same answer. He also mentioned I could speak to manager, while waiting for the manager he says the manager will tell you the same thing so what is the point of recommending to speak to the manager! This brunch definitely needs to get their things together and get better staff hired. I don't remember stopping and doing business here!And to all the readers, I went to my branch near my house and the job was done with no complaints!

I have been a Chase customer for over 20 years and have banked at many different branches over the years. After jumping around a little bit, I ended up choosing the Chase Oceanside branch as my main branch and branch of choice. The bank tellers, personal bankers, business bankers and investment bankers are all a pleasure to work with. They are very professional and courteous. If you live in the vicinity, I would definitely recommend using the Chase branch in Oceanside on Long Beach Rd. for all of your banking needs.

It would be great if my husband can go to chase without being blatantly hit on by an employee. Whoever Jacqueline is you made unwanted advances towards my husband and somehow knew how to contact him on Facebook and send inappropriate messages. Thanks for making my family feel uncomfortable going into the oceanside branch, we will be banking elsewhere. Disgusting!

This branch as a whole is not very reliable. Everything I go there for, they quickly dismiss and act as if they have something better to do. The young “management team” always says they have a “meeting” upstairs. Which is comical. Then I drive to the Long Beach branch and they handle everything I need, with professionalism and in a timely fashion. I do not recommend this branch. Chase should look into who they hire to manage branches... and not people out of college. Cathy in Long Beach will take care of everything.

This place is a nightmare. Phone is always on answering machine. Twice I had to leave my house and physically go there to get something done that could have been done over the phone. Very efficient, yes I live at Chase’s convenience. Took my checking, savings, credit cards snd my mother’s and went to a customer service priority bank. And this isn’t the only branch that does this seems to be a Chase Co convenience. Yes it’s Covid time with less employees, but both times the few minute ride to the bank proved it to be not busy-crickets. Convenient to forget to take phones off of answering machines

The people working there do not know how to do their job. They made me feel like s*** and ignore me and straight up didn't care about my concerns. I'm very hurt no one was able to help me at the branch. I been banking with chase for more than 7 years I have credit cards and debit cards. Never has this happen to me. I wouldn't recommend someone to come here for help. They will make you feel like s*** just go somewhere else
