They did an amazing job repairing my Jeep . Two weeks ago we went in to get an estimate. And the next week my car was in the shop being repaired. They provided excellent service and were quick and efficient . They even detailed the car and it looks fantastic.

"I recently brought my car to this body shop after being rear-ended, and I couldn't be more impressed with the service I received. Jasmine did an amazing job explaining the next steps and guiding me through the insurance process, which made everything much less stressful. Both Jasmine and Ronnie were very clear about when my car would be ready, and they delivered exactly as promised.
They even helped me get into a rental car the same day, which was a huge relief. The staff here truly goes above and beyond. This shop made a stressful situation much more manageable, and I can't recommend them enough. If you need a reliable and efficient body shop, ask for Jasmine or Ronnie—you won’t be disappointed!

If I could give this business a zero I would! This whole experience was terrible. They lied to the insurance telling them that they only touched the left side but sent a bill stating that they worked on the whole car. Only did the outer body when they were supposed to look at the whole car. To make matters worse they had my car for over a month. Told me they were going to total the car but ended up half fixing it. The guy Ronnie was rude & rushed threw my car together within a week because I kept calling & sending my spouse up there for updates. Only get back a broken car! The one thing I learned is to never go with a insurance recommended company. This company is 100% trash & a money grab!

Do not trust unreliable and bad customer service. Anything to get a quick buck I would not refer any one too this place. Had my car for a month despite getting paid by my insurance and "having all the parts". When it was time for me to pick up the car it was incomplete with other issues I didn't know until later on that night. Take the car back to them they look at my car mechanic leaves his tool under my hood I don't know until the next day I was driving with the tool under my hood. I contact the the shop tell them they were very unapologetic and shrugged it off and didn't care. Very unprofessional at this location and just in it for a quick money grab I would never refer anyone too this location

Not at all reliable.My insurance has them listed as one of the favorite repair stores.however they have taken forever to give an estimate of how many days the car needs to be in the shop, the part they are supposed to need to replace has taken almost 3 weeks and on top of all the man you have to talk to on the phone to request information is rude. He has no respect when talking to a client. At the time of paying I called and a lady answered (the only one who has been friendly on the phone) and tells me that they only accept checks if they are not from a personal account. When I sent my guys to pick up the car (with a company check) it turns out that they do not accept any kind of checks that want them to be paid in cash or by credit card, charging an additional amount. It seems inconceivable to me that they, who are already collecting with the insurance plus the deductible, also want to earn extra by charging an additional fee. it's ridiculous.

Don't Trust them. Get a second opinion!I brought my vehicle here after a minor collision as I have StateFarm and this is a StateFarm preferred shop. Ronnie and Richie told me that my car was undrivable, and that StateFarm would not let me drive the car until they got a replacement part. However, the part that was needed was not available anywhere, was on backorder and would need to be manufactured, so my car would be at their shop indefinitely! Over a month later, and after StateFarm stopped covering my rental car, I had my car towed to a certified FIAT repair shop where they informed me that my car was absolutely drivable. They also doubted other repairs listed on the estimate provided by CarStar. CarStar’s dishonesty caused me unnecessary rental costs, inconvenience and stress for over a month. Do not trust them!

Be very careful with this place check your vehicle prior living the place. I took my car for repair after a minor accident and instead of repair my car was just compounded I can still see the scratches and black marks from the other car. However they charged the insurance as if it was fully repair.

I got into a bad accident on 11/4/2022 with a motorcyclist that clearly did not know how to drive and hit off my left side-mirror and damaged the headlight. As a result, my vehicle needed to be repaired and Car-star Celebrity came to my rescue to get my car repaired. I spoke to Ron and he ensured me my vehicle will be safe and look brand new. After some delays with the parts, my car look good as new and I was able to get back onto the road safely. Thank you again for your patience!
