Kent is actually a LIFESAVER!!!! PROFESSIONAL GENIUS! I came in having bought an unconventional 1/2 FIB faucet line from amazon- had to connect it to a backyard hose. Crazy weird stuff. He literally found exactly what I needed, and not only that- he assembled the entire thing with pipe joint compound in front of me. A genius! A savior! If you want professional help and genius, you have to come here. Don’t waste your time at Home Depot or Amazon. Go to Kent!!! An absolute gem!!!!!!!!

I called and spoke to someone on the phone named Rick who was very helpful and told me to come in. I spoke to him and several of the other gentlemen behind the counter. Although we were not able to come up with a solution for my very unique and strange problem regarding an in-line water filter, I found myself amongst professionals who were polite, courteous and very eager to help. I will surely be heading back there again if I need any additional plumbing supplies.

Several years overdue. I used to go to them for all my plumbing needs. I came in on a bad day and I was pretty stressed. Instead of being professional, the owner was very, very rude wand went above my own stress level to the point of being histrionic. It was so bad, that every time I drive by, years later, I just cringe and think "Never again" and I feel sick. I have to find a product, and just Googled plumbing supply and they popped up and I thought, "Nope, not if they had the part and every other supply was on back order and YEP, It is time that review!" If, after 7 years, I still feel that uncomfortable when I drive by, and I wouldn't go in If they had the only part I needed to the point where I had to slow down a project at the cost of $1,000 of holding a week, you know it was a distressing altercation.These guys deal with men all day. They are not used to women customers (and when they have one they shuffle them right out) and they are certainly not used to women business owners. If you have a mother, sister, girlfriend or wife, think again before coming here. It was THAT bad, and quite frankly, beyond New York rudeness, it was traumatizing.
