staff for the most part is very friendly and makes this place a good time however there are acouple who ruin it for absolutely no reason, so im seriously considering someplace else even though i have to travel..

We had a wonderful time on our trip to NYC. The small group work-out sessions on Monday afternoons with Jackie are great!

No one picks up the phones, if they do, you get transferred immediately to someone else who doesn’t pick up the phone. and no one calls back. Very unorganized and unprofessional
