“3/4/24 went this morning looking for a Gun cabinet that they had in stock walk in the store is huge clean and was greeted by Scott who was very helpful with a good morning and is there anything I can help you with finding what you need. Scott look it up on the computer they had it in stock called for his team to locate it. Help me put in my truck all around great experience will definitely go back in the future for what I need it's a nice thing when you got good employees that are willing to give you good customer care service thanks Scott and the teamfor your help I appreciate it”

“The Sayville Brinkmann store is the absolute best! They are so helpful, the store is clean and beautiful. They carry everything you need! I brought in a lamp today that I was having an issue with. Gabe offered to take a look, and within 15 minutes I had my lamp fixed and even better than it was before. A few weeks back i needed glass replaced on a painting, and they replaced that for a reasonable price as well. Thank you Gabe and Sayville Brinkmann for being the best hardware store around!”

“My Kohler faucet head broke so I called and spoke to Linda. She said that Kohler would replace the faucet head at no cost. She asked me to send her the photo of my faucet and that she would call Kohler so that she could find out the model number. She called back right away and furnished me with all the information I needed to move ahead with Kohler. My part is ordered and on its way.I will be shopping at this store in the future and will always refer family and friends as well. She took time out of her day to help me even though they would not make a penny on this outcome. Thanks again Linda!”
“It's a pretty good local hardware store. It's not huge like the big chains, but they have a decent amount in stock for your regular household maintenance needs. They are pretty friendly and accommodating. I've used them for plumbing and hardware supplies, as well as tools. There is a rewards program and discount offers and you can order ahead for pickup or delivery.”
“Walked in and was asked if I needed assistance immediately. Found the obscure tool I was looking for immediately and it was 1/2 the price of the Lowes or Home Depot which didn’t have it in stock.”

“There is something to be said for local shops. I bought the wrong paint and James and Vicky were so accommodating and friendly and helped me out in the return of a custom paint. While we were doing the return and processing the new paint, we shot the breeze and got to know each other. Ill go here first for any home needs I have for the next 20 years. People make a company. And all customers want these days is a sense of community and nice people to talk to. A nice chat and friendly smiles reminded me of why I love living here. Give these two a nice Christmas bonus - they earned a customer for life for your business. Honestly.”

“This is a clean and well stocked Home Depot. If you can get an employee to help you, they are nice, helpful and many speak Spanish. They had everything that I was looking for and it was all easy to find. The store layout is similar to other Home Depots, so it did not take long to get what I needed. The parking lot is a disaster. It is not well maintained, there are pot holes and garbage all over and lighting is not that great at night.”

Everywhere I walked, I was so shocked because most Home Depots, you cant even find someone to ask a question, and when you do they seem bothered. The folks at this Home Depot were amazing.”
