Blue Waters Hotel is a welcoming and accommodating hotel with an excellent location right in the center of town and a short walk from the ferry. It is within walking distance to all the shops, restaurants, and the beach, placing guests in the heart of downtown. The hotel provides clean, well-maintained, and spacious rooms and apartments, though some rooms are noted as small, which is typical for Fire Island. Some beds were mentioned as not comfortable and rather small. Minor concerns included a shower that took time to heat up and dim lighting in one instance, but these did not overshadow the positive experiences. A standout feature is the range of amenities that enhance a stay. The hotel offers free beach chairs, umbrellas, towels, and free use of bikes, which is a definite added bonus. A free hot breakfast is also provided. For a small fee, guests can have groceries and alcohol waiting upon arrival. The staff consistently receives high praise for being friendly, nice, accommodating, and kind. Beds are a little uncomfortable but it is in an ideal place if you're looking to have fun.

What a great experience!!The staff are so nice and accommodating. The room was clean, plenty of towels and the bed was comfortable. I would stay here again.
