I would give zero stars if I could. Had a problem with my phone and called metro. They couldn't fix the problem and told me to go to the nearest store. I go over on Thursday night at 6:45pm. Store says it closes at 8pm. All the lights are on, the front gate is up, the store room door is open, yet no one in the store and front door was locked. I knocked several times with hand and with keys and nothing. I can't even say I had bad customer service. I had no service, but I am sure at 8pm the worker will wake up and lock up and leave. Well I won't be going to this metro store, even if it was the only one in the state.

Possibly the worst customer service I've ever experienced. Going to another service with more, faster data. Charged me for the month and disconnected me 3 days later during a snow storm. The account was closed instantly not at the end of the cycle. False advertising because when you use up your fast data your unlimited \\\"fast data\\\" sometimes goes to 0 kbps. 56 kbps was fast 30 years ago.

Henry provided exceptional customer service !He was extremely helpful and professional with my questions regarding the phone service and the phone features. I highly recommend this store for anyone looking for a new phone and phone carrier.

Simply the best customer service I've had at a Metro store. The employee there Kevin, knew exactly what I needed and was really professional. Will definitely recommend this location to all my friends

?They're charging $4.00 for you to pay your bill..and they only accept cash transactions...never have i ever experienced this 4bucks?!? No its $2 the most. Greedy thieves!??
