It's a Chase bank. Two ATM's in the front lobby. Plenty of free parking in the shared strip mall parking lot. Enough said.

The person who set up my account was stellar, and she is the reason this is 3 stars and not 1 star. Perhaps I will adjust my rating as I get to know the people in the branch. The customer experience leading up to my sit-down with her to open a new business account was extremely unwelcoming.First, a white woman came to greet me, which was fine. She said there was a 15 minute wait, suggested I get coffee and she'd hold my place in line. She then notified the others that I was just stepping out for coffee. I went across the street, got a cup of coffee and was back in about 10 minutes. I sat in the frontal waiting area. A few minutes later, an Indian woman came over and asked why I was there. I said I was waiting to open a business account. She said it would be 20-30 minutes because people were in meetings. I said that was what they told me 15 minutes prior.I can see how she might have been taken aback by that, so I can understand some degree of friction but not to the extent that it became. She then said that people had appointments. So, I said ok. Then she asked if I was going to wait. I said I wasn't sure, and would decide in a few minutes. She then stood there staring at me and asked again if I was planning to wait. I said I would decide in a few minutes. Eventually she walked away.About 3 minutes later, a security guard came out. He stood about 15 feet from me and stared in my direction. I looked up at him and stared back for a few seconds until he looked away, then I looked down thinking he would get the hint. He stayed there, so I politely asked if the bank required him to stand in that location, thinking he might get the hint that it was creepy and unwelcoming for him to stand so close and stare at me.He answered that he could stand wherever he wants. So, I said that I felt uncomfortable. I assured him that I was not trying to create a problem, and I was just letting him know how it felt to be stared at like that. He said he understood. While he stayed in his position, to his credit he did at least turn in another direction.Finally the banker called me over to her station. The security guard followed me over to her desk. She asked how I was doing. I said that I had been better, and was looking forward to opening a business account. At that point, the security guard walked away.My assumption (which could be wrong) is that the Indian woman who interrogated me when I came back after getting coffee instructed him to keep an eye on me.Anyway, the woman who opened my account was very kind and helpful. She made the remainder of the experience pleasant. When I walked out, I said in a kind tone to the security guard to have a good day. He gave a single nod, and I left.If Chase were not the only bank within walking distance, I would have walked out shortly after the guard came over and stared at me. Frankly I just didn't have the time and energy to go elsewhere.I want this bank to succeed. My hope with this review is that the workers take notice of it, and understand the importance of a positive customer experience, rather than acting with suspicion when new customers enter their location. As I said, if my experience improves the next time I visit, I will adjust my rating because I want them to succeed.

Chase bank gave loans for multi millions of dollars to big companies and gave no loans to small businesses I will be removing my money as soon as I can and switch to a different bank they took advantage of the whole system

I have to say that despite the negative review I posted about this bank the bank changed most of the staff and now this bank is once again a friendly and courteous establishment. I felt the difference right away.

Excellent customer service; very pleasant staff. As soon as I walked in, I was offered help immediately. I was looking for a Notary Public and a customer service representative named Anthony took care of me right away; very professional and caring gentleman. I love the way they treat their clients. I'm very happy with this branch.

This chase is extremely good. The staffs are friendly and can deal with problems fast. They act immediately. They also give kids free lollipops. They also offer many offers.

I must tell you that personal banking at this location is superb! It's like an old hometown bank where they know your name, treat you like gold and always make your experience perfect! Their patience and their knowledge is better than any bank experience I have ever had! Anthony Bianco is a treasure and each one of the tellers is so accomodating I actually look forward to going in there. Local banking at it's best! Thank you for keeping the same staff there and know it makes a difference! Kudos to all that this branch!

My Fiance and I visited the Bank today and were assisted by Ms. Ingrid M. Taveras. She was extremely pleasant and knowledgeable; She made the entire experience easy! We are very pleased with Chase Bank and I would encourage anyone, new to the neighborhood - like us to stop in and ask for Ingrid. You will be pleased!
