I hate doing this but I bought a truck 3 years ago I’m from northeast Ohio so I was a 3 hour drive. I was 16 for my first truck and my parents got the truck for me. It was a 2013 Chevy Silverado lifted and boy did it have every problem in the book. I am being 100% honest and this place was a scam 30k for 55k mile truck that legit so many issues. EASILY spent 10k in fixes. All I want you to know is you made a kids first truck experience a nightmare. But I do thank you because I’ll never make that mistake again. Do better…

Cheap is their services! Bought a used vehicle from them. Engine would kick off and vehicle would prompt to be rekeyed in the middle of a road, brakes were all jacked up, radio screen would blitz out, windows wouldn’t go up all the way. Dropped it off per lemon law the first time and didn’t get it back for a week. No rental car offers. Called everyday with no updates. NOTHING was fixed. Brought it back again, waited another week. Only the windows got fixed. Was told the radio would be replaced when it came in. This was in April. Never received a call from them to bring it in to be replaced!!!! Went to change the oil for the first time and there was RTV covering a crack in the pan. Cheap! Cheap! Cheap! Costs me $1100 to have the oil pan replaced. It was 100% them as they said that they changed the oil before offering for sale. They claim to have 0 record of my vehicle ever being in for work and wanted me to produce documentation. Regardless of who works there now, a legitimate dealer and service shop should always keep record of work that is being completed on vehicles owned by other people. Time stamped documents will be sent off to BBB, Ford, and NYS if this oil pan, radio, and engine problem are not addressed by CCC by Monday September 9th as per the services department.

After my girlfriend has purchased a car from crazy cheap cars the car was nice low mileage but they put Band-Aids on everything after driving the car for a couple months check engine lights came on and to come to find out they never replaced the brakes the day they sold it to us this is a bunch of shady people at this place beware look it over before you buy my recommendation would be to take a mechanic with you if possible try calling them several times about fixing the problems with car they refused telling you it's out of warranty it's not their responsibility add to calendar for 4 months it's been back there three times shady shady shady shady shady beware beware beware

after reading all the reviews after my bf got a car from here it’s not surprising to see how many ppl got screwed over by this place. my bf got his car delivered because we live hours away from here and when he got it there was a ton of rust underneath, all four tires were dry rotted and we’re about to explode. had to get all new tires. the frame was rusted. his engine light came on after about a week or two. he had asked for pictures and videos of the vehicle before it was purchased and jay refused to send anything and when my bf called them to sort this out he claimed he had no idea who my boyfriend was and never “remembered talking to him” even though he had his personal phone number and screenshots of the messages ! it’s crazy how you can feel good about yourself selling people horrible cars and then acting like you have no idea how it happened or who people are. do not buy from this place, like seriously

Average shady used car lot, bunch of broken cars they've found for cheap at auction, fix them up decent enough to sell, then have problems soon as warranty is up. Staff is snobby, will be halfway nice to you until they've scammed you and sold you a car, then they're jerks. Don't bother needing a repair, will take ages. They'll respond to this saying that it's all not true, but please take my word for it. There's so many other car lots out there, do not go to this one

I thought i was getting a nice little SUV but shortly after I bought it, it started to breakdown. The sales guy was super nice and the price was very reasonable for the mileage. Unfortunately the repair service is awful. Every time I needed something fixed that fell under the warranty it was like pulling teeth. They don't answer the phone or emails or even messages. I literally had to show up which is an hour drive for me one way. Now my SUV is broke down once again and I'm having to use another repair shop even though my extended warranty is still good.I left numerous messages in March with no return call. I'd avoid this place and find better service elsewhere.

Go see Paris S! She was absolutely incredible to my family and she got us our dream vehicle at an amazing price. My kids will forever ask about “ Miss Paris” because she left such an imprint !

Herb was the best!! He really worked for us along with the rest of the staff. Shout out to Ninja for helping with our insurance, big big hugs to Paris she’s sooo nice. Loved the friendly atmosphere and conversation. Very good staff and would recommend anybody to go there for a vehicle. I will be back that’s for sure! Thanks again Herb, Ninja, Paris❤️ , Mike.

We purchased a car in Sept of 23 from this dealership!! Worst place ever!! I had to take it back in for fixing because transmission needed to be replaced! We dropped it off for service and we have yet to get the car back!!! Mike in service walked off the job and quiet! Finally got a hold of someone in service Rob he said Mike left a mess and that they are trying to fix car! It’s been a month and my car is still not fixed and service will not tell me when it will be fixed! I call and they give me the run around!! I still do not have my car or an update!! Don’t go to this place!!

Giving this rip off of a so called dealership one star is being nice.
They screwed over my son, first time car buyer. They charged him $1875.00 for a 90 day limited warantee, they over charged him for a 2018 with 106.xxx thousand mile car. The sticker price, 13,510 he left he was charged a total of $30k. Way to take advantage of people starting out with no credit.
You are horrible and disgusting people.
DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM THIS COMPANY. READ ALL REVIEWS FIRST.

bought a 2013 pick up truck from them one year later fenders ride it out and my frame cracked and felt inspection. Salesman tried to be professional but reek like cigarette smoke after purchasing one month later. Needed motor work done dealership repaired what needed to be done free of charge, which I appreciate it very much.

I've bought 2 vehicles from Crazy Cheap Cars since 3/2021.
These guys are so swift and smooth to deal with. Decent inventory available both purchases I've made.
They truly worked a miracle for me this second time around.
We're all struggling for different reasons but when we connect and work together our community progresses even the slightest bit.
2 hours one way to pick up the vehicle. Adorable little town with good hearted people ?
