Just had to give a shout out to Victor specifically who went out of his way to be accommodating and quickly re-package some of my packages this morning in order to be more cost efficient and practical- which he didn't have to do! He truly cares about his customers and his kindness made my day. Thank you!

I wish I could give 10 stars to the postal workers at this post office. Claudette and Victor go out of their way to be of assistance and they are always extremely polite and progessional. Other workers I have met there whose names I ay not know are also always polite. They all go abouve and beyond what they have to do for the customer

Whoever the old blonde lady is, she's a real dick. She was very nasty to me right after I witnessed her being rude to a customer prior to calling me up. She seems miserable, and it really shows physically. She needs to go, please quit.

I was expecting a refund check in the mail. I saw it scanned through "informed delivery". It was not delivered. This is not the first time that I have not received mail. They don't do anything at the local Oakdale office. They tell you to report it on the informed delivery website. This website is merely perfunctory. I did report it on the informed delivery website, but it is clear that without a tracking number, it is a lost cause.

Post office staff woman was rude when asking a question and was wrong when it came to a question regarding forwarding priority mail. Charged me extra for tape when her coworker never charges me for tape (I needed one strip). I dread getting her when I wait in line.
