“This has become my go to pharmacy. I have pharmacies closer but the staff here is great, personable and very helpful. George is absolutely incredible such a nice guy, he has an incredible personality and seems like he genuinely cares for each and everyone of his customers. The entire staff of this place front and back are exceptional. Local stores with staff like this are hard to come by I would I highly recommend switching from any chain pharmacy to this RX Express Pharmacy, I myself drive from Kings Park to here.”

“In the past I had used several pharmacies throughout the years until I found Genoa and I refuse to ever use another pharmacy since. I also would give them a 10 star rating if it was possible-the staff is always so kind caring and extremely helpful . Medications are always in stock and ordered for next day if necessary. A staff member always answers the phone and kindly leaves me a message to let me know when a medication is ready! If I can’t make the trip to the pharmacy they mail my medications for the next day! I Couldn’t ask for a better pharmacy and they actually make the experience enjoyable. (Unlike most pharmacy dreadful trips )”
“There’s a variation of services, that other places simply don’t have. Along with the main pharmacy, they also have Notary and DME. You can also send money to your family members and pay your bills. Need to fax something or perhaps print pictures, they have that too! Also any questions you have, the employees have no problem answering.”

“Tomkin's pharmacy was definitely a breath of fresh air after using chain pharmacies for a decade and then using mom and pop pharmacies that just wanted to take advantage of you and overcharge you. Darryl was the best and always extremely compassionate and just always a good experience. Since the new ownership it's still been a pleasant experience I'd never go back to any other pharmacy even when I need random items I'll go out of my way to go in there as opposed to Walgreens or shop rite.”

Prices GREAT!!! Service was so attentive w/Maris courteous.....professional The Deli Department was booming!!! They had that line movvvvinggggg!!! What I love, is they have fresh grab & go's There seasonal department was gorgeously displayed Every end cap beautifully set & displayed I can definitely say my visit was ABOVE & BEYOND HIGHLY SATISFYING & worth it!! “Mark and his staff are friendly, courteous and always ready to go the extra mile. I chose Quality after my former Pharmacy closed several years ago. Honestly, I did not even know they were there. Had I known I would have chosen them from the start. From the first phone call, their service was exceptional—you could literally feel the warmth and smile in their voices as they prepared my prescription. Walking into the pharmacy only reinforced that initial impression. It was like stepping into a scene from It’s a Wonderful Life, where everyone knows your name and greets you with a smile. The sense of community and care was palpable, giving the place a ‘hometown’ feel that’s hard to find these days. “We were always customers at the Holbrook CVS and hated it. The Holbrook location was always too busy and backed up, the pharmacy department was down right nasty, and we just had enough. We met the pharmacist at this CVS in patchogue during Covid when we got vaccinated. We started getting all our vaccines here. We noticed right away that he was always pleasant and seemed to go the extra mile for his customers. He reminds me of the old fashioned pharmacists that always watch out for their customers, knows everyone by name and is always happy to help and give good advice. He made us feel watched out for. We were happy to switch all our prescriptions to this location and it's been a pleasure since. Unfortunately, in the new year our insurance started forcing us to go somewhere else (not covering CVS at all anymore), and I was so upset by it. I'm hoping that will change and we can come back here!”

They help you obtain prescription for refill when needed and never messed up my prescription/medication. Just because it’s Costco does not mean medications are cheaper, some common medications, yes but I am finding out that come medications are more expensive at Costco than some pharmacies.”
“I was really Shocked , I heard their Radio Spot & took a chance , I'm a 1st time user & had Ordered online 4 Perscriptions for my Dog Louie after 7p.m. when they were Closed . To my Amazement i got them Delivered to me by 3p.m. the next Day & i live out in the Moriches . I am Blown away with these Folks & i saved about $30 on all 4 Meds . GREAT JOB PET DRUG STORE !!! “Love this Walgreens. Specifically the pharmacy dept. I scheduled a flu shot and covid booster together. Very easy to get appointments. Pharmacist are knowledgeable and helpful. Used a GoodRx coupon for a prescription instead of my insurance because I could get a better price. No issues. The Walgreens workers not pharmacists seem to understand a bit more about insurance than the morons at CVS.”
