“I'm not sure why there's so many bad reviews. Probably the entitled Karens... I've been going to this cleaners for years and they never have disappointed me. The woman in the front is super nice and always listens to me. The man who occasionally comes to the front just doesn't speak english well so he comes off angry or mean, but once you talk to him he is funny. They always give my clothing clean and always exceeds my expectations. And i love how big and CLEAN this cleaners is.”

“At the start of the pandemic, these guys were the closest to me who were still running (my usual place had shut their doors). The owner is super prompt, kind, and helpful. These guys kept going and never shut their doors. I am eternally grateful they remained open and helped take one thing off my plate while I worked through the shut down.
Edit: After several years and an ownership change I stand by this review. The new owners are a wonderful family and are incredibly kind, I can’t recommend this place enough.”

“I saw some of the reviews of the guy who works at the front for being rude but it is absolutely not true! I don’t know the other’s feedback but I can utterly tell as a regular customer that me and my family have got a great service from him all the time and he has a good manner! As someone claimed in the reviews that the man in the front did not care about the lost items is true since the shop doesn’t take responsibility for the lost items in the first place!! You need to come back and find your own items instead of giving a call if you think you left it! Plus, the machines are clean and I’ve always had a positive experience from both workers and the shop for years!!”

“Awesome place . Staff is helpful & will let you know if a machine is broken & if I forget something behind when I leave , like my detergent they’ll tell me . Clothes come out great & smell much better than doing it at home . They have an app where you can pay for the machines instead of using quarters . Been coming here for a while now & I don’t plan on stopping”

“Where do I begin. Suki used to do all our dry cleaning and was my seamstress for over 15 years. She was sheer perfection . She has since retired. Now her daughter La who is remarkable fills her mommas shoes to the tee. And that’s no easy feat!. I recommended La to my childhood best friend. If you’re in need of a great seamstress I recommend La! She’s patient and her pricing is fair! God bless this family and their business.”

“Crazy busy in the afternoon and evening. The best time to ho is during the day closer to morning time and after 11pm. You have to pay for the dryer even if you wash your clothe for $25 per 15minutes but atheist they come out really dry.”

“A fantastic business! The owners were super friendly and helpful. Our dry cleaning was available promptly, came out beautiful, and we noticed that they even fixed one of the broken buttons on the suit we had dry cleaned there. Great service and great prices. Would recommend!!”
“I received a brand new full length, pleated dress in the mail. Uknowingly, the side invisible zipper was broken. I needed to wear the dress the next day to a funeral. I brought the dress to them in the morning shortly after opening. The tailor replaced with a stronger invisible zipper and pressed it. I was charged $35. I thought it was high for a zipper change, but because it was done in several hours and ironed to perfection i didn't complain. The clerk at the front desk was helpful, pleasant and informative. They even let my husband pick up the dress for me without a ticket or ticket number.”

I was in a pinch a few weeks ago because I had stained a satin dress the night before my friends wedding that I was going to be a bridesmaid in. As we scrambled the morning of the wedding, we found White House Cleaners. Not only did he get my dress back looking perfect, he refused to take any money for it. He truly just wanted to help. “I come here to do laundry every week. I never have an issue unless I go on the weekend. It's sometimes busier then and so machines are scarce.This past week, several pieces of clothing came out with oil stains all over them. I had never had this happen before. I've been using the same tide pods for years and I only wash with cold water. I was so confused. I wasn't going to make a big deal about it, but then I noticed stains all over a pair of $80 jeans that are brand new. I mentioned something to the staff and they said they looked like oil stains.They offered to take the clothes and wash them with dawn for me, to try to get the stains out. This was very nice of them and didn't expect them to do that.I will continue to use this place. They made an extremely stressful experience much easier. (I hate doing laundry. I hate crowds and people.)”

“I work nearby Uptown Cleaners, so they are very convenient. I have never had a cleaners do such an excellent job on alterations. They have altered several items of clothing, and I am amazed at how well they do the altering and have never seen tailoring like they do.I have had suits and dresses dry cleaned here as well. The prices are excellent and fair and they do a nice job.Customer service is top notch, something not easy to find these days. “I have been going here for over 20 years, I used to do my laundry but now I drop off and pick up clean folded laundry. Rosa is wonderful and pleasant very accommodating. The cost is really inexpensive when you account for your own time saved! I moved about 15 miles east of here 3 years ago and still make it a point to bring my laundry here. They are very helpful to older and or handicapped clients also. I highly recommend this laundromat!!!”
