I stopped in today to see a banker concerning my Chase Bank account. The bank manager told me to come back another day, as the only banker was leaving in 15 minutes. I simply needed five minutes of their time. It’s beyond frustrating that I was refused help. I also think it’s inappropriate to explain your staff couldn’t assist, because their shift was ending. Shame on the banker too for not offering assistance. The workers at this bank are lazy, I will not be back to this branch.

If I could give this bank zero stars I would. The amount of Unprofessional, laziness, and entitlement. Some of the workers need to be fired. If you think this review is about you, it is. This branch could shut down and that would only be a small glimmer of hope for chase. I'm wondering quite honestly if some of these people go home to their families and treat them with the same level of disrespect that I was treated. Shameful display. Do better. Closing my account entirely and switching. I'm so disgusted by your employees that I'm closing my chase accounts, and it's only THIS branch that does this.

The bank manager of the Oakdale branch was so respectful and so helpful to me when I met with her and Rahm today. I am extremely grateful to them and left the branch feeling That I had been listened to and helped. Thank you so much. Wonderful customer service.

Easy to spot from Main Street. Friendly people and very nice to deal with. (I only say this bc I usually bank at a different location and they had staff changes and I was steered into a bad situation that cost me). Anyway, Chase overall has been a good bank to me and I'd recommend them. Parking is free and plentiful. Other stores around (just in case you wanna but for breakfast, Lunch or just to window shop and browse). Customer service is good over the phone too and they really make sure your issue is understood and resolved or on it's way to resolving. ?♿

They are a great bank
