I can't say enough about my experience here! I bought a Groupon that included a haircut, single process color, conditioning treatment and a blowout. By their mistake, they did my services backwards. They washed me prior to adding color. So I got a wash, then a cut and color added...and then a wash and conditioning treatment and blowout. It was all okay! We all laughed about it and my hair was still completely taken care of as promised. I left the salon feeling so good. My hair needed a lot of love, and love it was given. I don't remember who did my hair, but she was wonderful. Everyone that worked my hair was amazing. I will absolutely return for touch-ups on my hair. This was by far the best experience I've had at a salon. 5+ stars all the way!

LOVE, LOVE, LOVE Bellissimo salon! Jackie is an absolute miracle worker! The entire staff is amazing! Claudine is just so incredibly friendly and inviting. The salon is beautiful, clean, and filled with happy stylists and staff. The vibe is amazing. My daughters, myself, and my mom will never go anywhere else.

Found my new “hair girl” today! Serena was AMAZING. She knew exactly what I wanted with my hair and she delivered. She did my color and blowout beautifully. She’s also very personable and professional I highly recommend this salon.

I have been coming to this salon for 5+ years seeing Jackie. All of the stylists are wonderful! My hair has never been healthier and they listen to exactly what you want. Their prices cannot be beat and I have never had an issue getting an appointment. I couldn't recommend them enough. The salon is always spotless and everyone is very welcoming!

Bellissimo is the best! I've been to this salon since I was in elementary school, now I am a college graduate! This salon is reliable and had exceptional service! Donna K has cut my hair this whole time and she is the best, always delivers beyond what I expect and knows exactly what I want. The owner Claudine is super sweet and friendly! Ive never had a bad experience here!

Didn't answer the phone for an appointment. Got in touch a week later and they aren't taking Groupons until further notice. Why are you on Groupon? Think this was a little rude and inconvenient. They didn't even try to be helpful

I go to Serena! She is so sweet and awesome! She lets you know what is realistic to do to your hair whether it is damaged or not. She is quick and professional. The vibe is clean and decorated beautifully. All the stylists are nice and welcoming. I usually get a full set of highlights with a glaze and I am in there for two hours, at my last salon I'd be there almost all day! I highly recommend this place! I have sent family here and they have nothing but good things to say!

Donna lee is incredible I showed her a picture of the hair cut I wanted and she matched it to a tee I am so impressed with not only Donna but the whole shop they all make you feel so welcomed

I had never been here before but there was Groupon for a wash, cut and blowout. I've used Groupon at salons before and usually the service sucks because you're not paying full price. Not here! Everyone was amazing! Everyone from the person who welcomed me at the desk to the person that washed my hair to Serena who did my hair...it was a great experience. They also waxed my eyebrows and they came out great as well. The inside is beautiful and you can tell they really care about where they work and the customers. I would give it 10 stars if I could!

The owner keeps the place looking so nicely decorated. It looks very upscale, but the hairdressers are nice and welcoming. I have bad anxiety, but my stylist has put me at ease. She is good at both listening to what you what and also making great suggestions. I love how she makes my hair look.

WORST SERVCE EVER! This place is unprofessional, and has no idea what they're doing. Do not go to this place. Firstly the colorist there don't know what they're doing. You tell them a color and none of them are able to provide the color you asked for as I've been here a few times out of convenience. The owner is completely disrespectful and rude. On one occasion, I bought a Groupon for a cut and highlight. Nothing on Groupon stated that you couldn't use the coupon over the weekend after I was done being styled I went to go pay and the owner happens to be there. I tried to give her my Groupon, but she said they don't except over the weekend and it was nothing she could do about it. I pleaded with her as Groupon would not refund me and it was $70 out of my pocket. She was extremely rude and argumentative. She then promised me that I could use it in the future on a weekday long story short, I tried making an appointment two months later and happen to get the owner on the phone. She asked me if I was using any coupons and explain the situation. She was extremely rude spoke over me and said that she changed her mind that she's not taking it anymore. Goes to show that this owner doesn't care about professionalism and clearly can't afford to honor her promise of $70. Pathetic.
