Come in for 1 item . Salesman came to help by saying what do you need. I tell him I need a hose repair coupling on rhe part that goes on the spicket. He gives me a male coupling. Of your going to help someone. Try giving them the right part. Next to me a woman asked for 4 bags of topsoil. 4 men’s in the store do you think one of them could come out to help her load the car !Terrible service

There is something to be said for local shops. I bought the wrong paint and James and Vicky were so accommodating and friendly and helped me out in the return of a custom paint. While we were doing the return and processing the new paint, we shot the breeze and got to know each other. Ill go here first for any home needs I have for the next 20 years. People make a company. And all customers want these days is a sense of community and nice people to talk to. A nice chat and friendly smiles reminded me of why I love living here. Give these two a nice Christmas bonus - they earned a customer for life for your business. Honestly.

The guy behind the desk was nothing but nice, now the guy with the goggles was nasty he even gave me a slick remark and i said to myself u kno what if i let this guy with goggles get me fired up i automatically loose..whoever owns this joint you should def fire that dude ..

Found a part I needed and it said Oakdale Paint & Hardware stocked it. Drove right down and was greeted by a friendly young employee. He helped me find the section and an another employee helped me pick out the right part. Took a short walk around the store and it seemed very well stocked for the size of the store. Very happy with my experience. Will return!
