Had a great experience at this Walgreens location. Ridwan at the checkout was really friendly and efficient. He helped me find what I was looking for and went above and beyond. It's rare to come across good customer service these days. It made my stop much more pleasant. This location seems well-staffed with helpful employees. Would definitely recommend.

This store has terrible customer service I spoke with someone on the phone to kindly request they check for a product before I made the walk over in the summer heat.
They seemed kind, said they saw it on their system but wanted to place me on hold to verify it was actually on the shelf. I waited for about ten minutes then was hung up on. I called back several times and waited whole no one answered the phone.
I then called again, waited on hold for five minutes, only to have someone hang up the phone.
That many times it's not an accident. What miserable people are working there? It's really bad for business.

The employees at this location are extremely helpful. The manager with glasses I think her name is Theresa, is very respectful and helped me find what I needed. Store was clean and stocked. Way to go!

Terrible experience - rude - long wait - disorganized. Be careful to avoid coming during lunch breaks when the pharmacy sits down in the middle of the day. Still waiting 5 minutes past break time for help or to be acknowledged.

The new fridges are useless and frustrating. I hate being constantly bombarded with ads and they dont show what is stocked or not. They are useless at best and at the worst they make me want to shop elsewhere. Plus the camera makes me feel uncomfortable and adds to the stress of constantly being watched in public. There are so few places we aren't being watched or being advertised to. at least in most stores the ads and cameras aren't in your face and making the experience worse. EDIT 2 years later. Same fridges but now the ones with the soft drinks just straight up do not work. hot soda aplenty

I would just like to thank Will from the photo department , helped me and my friends with photos . He’s very quick when it comes to cash register and doing photos .I would recommend going in when wills on shift ! Thank you !

There only seems to be one person that knows photo every time i come they get this young gentleman I seen him often , and the original cashier just leaves me until he comes it’s every time , overall very patient and sweet , told me to take the photos for free because I was waiting 20 minutes with NO ONE TO ATTEND ME.

Terrible customer service. The guy said hold on a minute. 10 minutes holding, I hear them in the background. Very sad how it’s changed over the years. But I love the main head manager
