“I was stuck in Scarsdale when steam was coming out of the hood of my Jeep ?, and l am not from the area, l asked my phone about a repair shop near my location, and l was given few places, l called the first one, was answer machine, l called the second number, it was somebody who was yelling at someone, and asked me if l have cash?, then l called JC auto repairs, and Amy answered, and she asked me if l was OK, and if l needed to be towed, and l should check my insurance carrier if l qualified for roadside assistance, otherwise she will recommend someone, and l was connected with Mike, he was equally courteous, informing, and assuring. When l reached the place with my towed car, Mike told me to go to the office upstairs, and make myself comfortable, that’s when l met Amy, Papa John, the owner, who told me not to worry, and the car will be fixed, and it will be done the next day, and he told me how much it will cost, and actually drove me to the train station to go to NYC. I went back when John called to pick up the car, and everything was done and more. I am amazed how this family business is running efficiently, with customer services that do not exist with this industry. Kudos to you John, and all your family, and staff ??????”

“About 5yrs ago, Mr Silva did some work on a car that I had. During that whole process, I asked him to powder coat my rims. He did, and they were great. I sold the car to my friend who lived in Florida. I saw that his rims stood up to the salt/sand and blasting sun heat. So when I bought my '24 Lexus, I drove my car to NY from S.Florida to have him powder coat the stock rims. Again a beautiful job. Yes, there is powder coat places in Florida, yet they wanted to hold my car 10 days along with a ridiculous high price. Tony does the work in 3 days with a very fair price. Mr.Silva, Tony, is a professional and and gentleman. I can't recommend this place more than I do. My ride home to Florida was great with my new rims. At each gas stop, I was constantly receiving compliments on my rims!! Thanks Silvas auto body!”

“My job had my car towed from their parking lot due to some kind of construction. This was several months ago. I was not there when it happened and I wasn’t coming back for the next 10 days. This company was called to tow and store my car until i get back. Luposello’s had every right to charge me the full storage fees however after listening to my unfortunate circumstances, they were very sympathetic and worked with me. Obviously they are a very honest and hardworking shop. The owner showed empathy and tried to do right by me. This was all taken care of on the phone and I was able to enjoy my overseas vacation without worrying about what may happen when i got back. I am so grateful for their professionalism and customer service and care. I read some reviews and it’s so hard to believe those reviews, after what I have experienced with Luposellos.
