Tammy at Tappan Zee Florist did a wonderful job creating a beautiful arrangement for a get well arrangement. It was done with such attention to detail! My aunt’s favorite color is purple and Tammy balanced all the purple flowers out with beautiful white flowers creating the most gorgeous arrangement!! Thank you Tammy for brightening so many peoples’ lives!!

I have been happily using Tappan Zee florist for smaller (under $100) bouquets for some time now and needed a very special bouquet for a friend who just had a very, very serious operation. So I ordered a bouquet for $100. My friend invited me over the day after surgery and so I got to see the bouquet firsthand. Oh my goodness! It was utterly spectacular!!! Beyond my expectation!!! Done with such attention to detail! I have gotten to know the owner this past year and the bouquet reflects the wonderful woman she is!!!! Thank you, Tammy, for your gift of floral arranging and sharing that with all of us in love as you brighten our lives and the whole world with beauty!!!

I cannot recommend this florist enough!
My friend and I were in a bind after ordering flowers for a funeral from our city an hour away from Nyack.
The flowers we ordered were not appropriate for a funeral and In a panic, we called TappanZee Florist because she was near the service venue, luckily she answered the phone,and She kindly waited for us after closing time and quickly fixed our flower arrangement. Thanks to her compassion and swift action, we were able to present beautiful flowers to the grieving family, easing our stress during a difficult time. Thank you for your exceptional service! 10/10 HIGHLY Recommend

Half stars for half basket:
Ordered a "half basket" floral arrangement. Had no idea that meant a literal basket only arranged on one side, with the other side empty and sad looking with the foam hanging out.
We thought it was a mistake, since it literally looks half done, but alas when we called we were told that this was what we ordered, this is what we got. Too bad so sad for us that we didn't understand the level of pettiness, maybe if you're going to sell flower arrangements that are like this you should post pictures with the description on the website.

Ordered from west coast and delivered in Nyack the same day, which was what we were hoping for. Tappan Zee Florist did a wonderful job with the arrangement, which we heard about shortly after delivery. A lot of ‘oohs & ahhhs,’ smiles and heart felt ‘thanks’ for a beautiful bouquet!

Massive thanks to Tammy and the Tappan Zee Florists! A very special co-worker was celebrating her birthday and hosting a big family Thanksgiving and we wanted to send her flowers. She lives in New York and we are all in California so we weren't sure who to call for that personal touch. We used location services to find a local florist for that personal touch. I called and spoke to Tammy and she was so warm, friendly and professional. Tappan Zee outdid themselves! Our friend was thrilled and we were so impressed. Highly recommended!
