I cannot say enough about the superior customer service experience Nick and the entire team provided during my recent CX-50 purchase at Palisades Mazda. Nick was very kind and patient with helping me find the right vehicle/trim to suit my needs, and allowed me time to make my decision without being pushy or aggressive. Nick and Rich, the GM, went above and beyond to put together an amazing deal. The F&I team was also very friendly and took the time to educate me on all my options for extras. Overall, my entire experience was top-notch and will exclusively be shopping at and Palisades Mazda for all of my future needs and will be recommending them to anyone in the market for a vehicle.

Just bought a CX30 from this dealership, I have to say it was the best experience I had purchasing a vehicle. I was totally satisfied with the purchase price and I got a great finance rate. The hardest decision I had to make was the color of the vehicle (black/black) looks awesome. I dealt with Steve (Sales Consultant) very easygoing and no pressure 5 stars. I will definitely be a repeat customer.

Where to begin!!
The staff puts down the dealership as you talk with them.
Turnover is rampant.
I leave the GM Rich Barry a message (because he is never there) and if I am lucky after several attempts he might just call me back.
After a disastrous experience just now I took my car from the shop and left.
I had previously bought 2 Mazdas from this dealership.
Every time!!
Every time I go here there is some ridiculous issue. I spent so many wasted hours of my time because of the complete incompetence and lack of communication from the service department.

I recently purchased a car from Palisades Mazda in Nyack, NY, and had the misfortune of experiencing some of the worst customer service I've ever encountered.
Firstly, it took over a week to receive my car due to a supposed "broken light" that they couldn't get the part for. Unacceptable.
When I finally got my car, I noticed a scratch and took it back to them to fix. They still have my car, and I'm still waiting for it to be returned. In the span of two weeks, I've only had my car for 2 days.
But the cherry on top was when I expressed my frustration to the staff at the service counter. They became rude and dismissive.
To add insult to injury, they initially quoted me a price, but when I saw the final bill, it had increased by $2,000 more than what I had agreed to pay. Unbelievable.
If you're considering buying a car from Palisades Mazda in Nyack, NY, please think twice. Their slow service, rude staff, and bait-and-switch pricing tactics make them a dealership to avoid at all costs.
Save yourself the headache and take your business elsewhere.

Rob was great, friendly and very informative. Didn’t pressure me- let the vehicle sell itself. Nicole explained explained my financial options concisely and clearly and didn’t try to oversell me on anything. Great experience!
