Took my car for a simple 20k miles oil change and a NYS inspection when I made the appt I told them I only want this done...After I picked up my car they charged me over $900 and claimed they checked 100 things and screwed up my car... idling rough around 2 at normal speed without stepping on the gas and lacking power..
Tried calling them back a day later ...can't get anyone...only the receptionist who assured me a service advisor will call me back in 15 mins...now it's been over a day and no response yet.
Very disappointed with Audi Nyack...never taking my car here again!

Looking for cars over the weekend and must have been bothering paul while we were there. I'm not really sure what his problem was. the lease wasn’t due right away so he wasn't getting an immediate paycheck, or maybe we weren't down to his standard but besides his oversized suit and smug demeanor he had us drive the car up to the garage and just left us there to figure a way back. This is the kind of behavior i would expect at Ford not Audi. Paramus is just a little further from us. we wont be back

Great experience with Audi of Nyack. This was my second car I bought/leased with them. Quick and easy. I worked with Josh Narain who was great, very personable, knowledgeable and down-to-earth. Got a great deal with them without having the aggravating back and forth. Signed documents and delivered to my house. Recommend highly.

Repeated calls to their parts department , no answers all day. I went through the direct line and still got forward to the line that went unanswered for another 5min and then just hung up.
