“Bob is a savior! A close family friend passed away and his prized car sat in the garage untouched for 5 years. We took over the care and its restoration. It had wiring issues, body issues, parts needed replacement and we couldn't even get it able to be inspected. Bob meticulously went through the car one issue at a time and followed the road to the next problem until it was fixed. His Jaguar knowledge is impeccable and if you can find someone who cares more about what he does then him, I would be shocked. His parking lot full of treasures shows you how much people trust him with their iconic cars. I enjoy just seeing what else he's working on as much as him fixing our project. We have since wrapped it, powder coated the wheels and are an interior repair and detail away from full restoration. The car has the life it deserves in Joe's honor and we can't thank Bob enough for giving that to us.”
“I was stuck in Scarsdale when steam was coming out of the hood of my Jeep ?, and l am not from the area, l asked my phone about a repair shop near my location, and l was given few places, l called the first one, was answer machine, l called the second number, it was somebody who was yelling at someone, and asked me if l have cash?, then l called JC auto repairs, and Amy answered, and she asked me if l was OK, and if l needed to be towed, and l should check my insurance carrier if l qualified for roadside assistance, otherwise she will recommend someone, and l was connected with Mike, he was equally courteous, informing, and assuring. When l reached the place with my towed car, Mike told me to go to the office upstairs, and make myself comfortable, that’s when l met Amy, Papa John, the owner, who told me not to worry, and the car will be fixed, and it will be done the next day, and he told me how much it will cost, and actually drove me to the train station to go to NYC. I went back when John called to pick up the car, and everything was done and more. I am amazed how this family business is running efficiently, with customer services that do not exist with this industry. Kudos to you John, and all your family, and staff ??????”

The mechanic kindly WALKED to our car to pump air into the flat tire, drove it to the shop, and fixed it within less than 30 minutes! He was so kind, professional, and helpful. “Very capable and genuine staff. I was assisted by Matt who was very professional and knowledgeable, as well as conscious of my budget. He had better bedside manner than most doctors delivering bad news. Honestly he saved my a$$ cuz I only knew one tire was messed up, but his attention to detail was on point and he noticed a nail embedded in my back tire. The other people also were really nice too, I didn’t get the name of the guy who tried to assist me at checkout but he was a joy and very friendly. He had manager vibes. They aren’t pushy and the prices on the tires were good. Honestly pretty ridiculously low labor cost. Will be going back for the other two tires.”

“It was my first time getting an oil change at Kwik Lube. They were not kidding, it was really done "Kwik-ly" ?. The staff are very nice. I'm definitely going back there for their services if pressed for time. And by the way, they give you a voucher for a free car wash if you get an oil change.”

I see that as Dan not getting what he wanted when he wanted which has nothing to do with the shop.Artie will do his best to find the best price parts to repair your car, he informs you every step of the way and charges a fair rate.
