Customer service is subpar. Waiting for an item, from the back warehouse, for nearly twenty minutes and the associate fails to inform the cashier Kevin that the blower is not in stock. She galavants around the front end instead to get her phone.

I really like the staff at this one!The layout is good with wide isles.Otherwise it is a harbor freight, and some things are great, others not so much.

Been Shopping with Harbor Freight for OVER 25yrs.. Long Before they had Brick, and Mortar Stores. In Most Cases you Absolutely Get Your Moneys Worth from their Tools. I still have Many Screwdrivers, Wrenches, and Other Tools from over 20 yrs ago and I Do ALL OF MY OWN MECHANICS. From Cars, to Trucks, to Motorcycles, and Home Remodeling, and Construction. Again, in Most Cases Well Worth the Value.

Had no issues with this store until today. Normally they have decent prices on mid quality tools that get me through projects and the attitude of the staff is lackluster but functional. My husband and I went last night to get a metal ramp and we were told they can’t put anything on hole but they had plenty in stock so we would pick it up with our truck the following morning. Went back with a truck to get it and we’re told they don’t have it in stock and we needed it this weekend.Not only was the staff apathetic and unhelpful but they didn’t even bother to suggest alternatives or check if another store had it in stock. Useless employees and inept management with no experience in customer service nor sales.

Worst customer service at Nyack NY location. I went to pick up an 5 stage HVLP sprayer. Website said they had two. So I drive there they can't find either..no big deal. They gave attitude and say I should have called..okay yeah. It was there I don't give a crap attitude. I've had nothing but great experiences at the other Harbor Freights especially the one in Parsippany NJ ..whom has excellent staff..not this place!!
