Customer service is subpar. Waiting for an item, from the back warehouse, for nearly twenty minutes and the associate fails to inform the cashier Kevin that the blower is not in stock. She galavants around the front end instead to get her phone.

I really like the staff at this one!The layout is good with wide isles.Otherwise it is a harbor freight, and some things are great, others not so much.
