A pleasure to use this pharmacy, with genuinely helpful people. Night and day compared to a CVS.

Great local business. The store is well stocked with anything you might find in a chain pharmacy. The pharmacy counter in the back is efficient and they have an excellent automated phone system for calling in prescription refills, which even offers delivery. Really pleased! The music inside seems to always be 90s alt, grunge, and punk rock, it doesn't really bother me but it struck me as just kind of odd once I noticed it seems to be on every day. But hey, people need to make it through their work day somehow!

It’s not just a great local pharmacy - it’s also got all of the basics and special items you need day to day.And the prices are the same or better than the chain pharmacies, and you also get customer service!

The pharmacist is rude, rigid, and seemingly apathetic regarding customer well-being.I was dealing with a coverage issue with our insurance company and asked Koblin's to provide us a short-term 5-pill refill as we handled the coverage for our typical 30 day prescription. This would have allowed me to pay out of pocket for the 5 pills thus avoiding physical withdrawal until we could get insurance to pay for the larger 30 day rx.The pharmacist refused because "breaking the bottle" would make profiting from the remaining pills hard. I understand they run a small business, but his callous approach and delivery were very upsetting as I tried navigating the complex dynamics between doctors and insurance companies while anxious about impending medication withdrawal.

The older pharmacist's behavior is concerning given his position. Not only does he lackcompassion, he is unnecessarily argumentative and hostile. I was caught off guard when he interrupted my question just to scold me. It was bizarre.I've been coming here for year mostly with straight forward scripts and auto refills. This is the first time I've had to ask for help from this particular pharmacist and I'm definitely not putting myself in that position again. I'II be going elsewhere.

THE RUDEST CUSTOMER SERVICE I'VE EVER EXPERIENCED IN MY LIFE. I went there after a doctor visit and was not feeling well. I just needed to fill my prescription. THIS PLACE MADE ME FEEL WORSE. They acted as if i was an inconvenience and I was interrupting them.Being in the Healthcare field is not for them. From the staff at the register to the pharmacist......ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE. NEVER AGAIN.

I've been going here through years and it's always been top notch. Today however I encountered anEXTREMELY rude pharmacist who refused to give me all of my medications as he stated "I didn't really need them". I got there as they were closing (I've been caring for my elderly, sick mother and don't have a lot of time lately) after I pleaded he gave me ONE of my prescriptions and told me "to come back tomorrow since I don't really need it". Is he my doctor?! No. Just a BS power play move. If he wants to act this way, maybe I suggest he go work at CVS or Walgreens were that kind of behavior is more acceptable. Sadly I'II be finding another local pharmacist who has the ability of compassion, a quality that SHOULD be a given in the healthcare field.

I’m lazy and have always preferred a drive-thru pharmacy— and finding and paying to park downtown is annoying and takes more time than it does to actually walk in and pick up your prescriptions.BUT regardless of these factors, switching from CVS to Koblin’s was 100% worth it and I wish I made the swap sooner. My prescriptions are filled very quickly, they always answer the phone if you have a question, and the pharmacist is very nice. I’m glad I can support a local business now as opposed to a chain that I highly dislike.

Really great pharmacy. They always are patient and caring, even when I came in upset over issues I was having with my meds, I still felt respected. They always are so kind to my dog when I pick up my meds with her, giving her treats.
