Branch manager Jesus was amazing. I had an issue with two of my seven business accounts and he spent the time and problem solved and fixed it.
I'm also in the process of getting funding for a new business and Jesus talked me through Chase credit and business loans in detail. I was unaware that they were so competitive with smaller banks.
I'll be moving all my business needs to this branch after this interaction. Thank you Jesus.

Very poor performance, they never have enough employees to help you out. Very disappointing. I’m a Chase account holder and deserve to be treated as everyone else.

Chase has horrible hours and even worse customer service. Low maximum withdrawals. They are a complete mess.

I used to work there.. Rosalie didn’t want us standing behind the teller line. I was very sick and I couldn’t help it and she came over and literally kicked my chair and told me to stand up. She’s a horrible person .

If I could I would give them 0 stars. The worst branch across Chase locations. The clerk today was extremely arrogant! I frequently experience rude tellers at Nyack branch. Also, they have the slowest service. Many times there are only about 2-3 people in line front of me and takes like 20 minutes for 2 clerks. Never had these experiences in any other Chase locations. I will definitely be avoiding them in the future.

Poor customer service. The bank closes at 5 the same time I withdrew money from the atm. The atm spit out a ripped 20 and the teller refused to exchange the bill for me saying I had to come back tomorrow. I'm never bringing my business here again.

The clerk that treated my husband poorly this morning SHAME ON YOU! He frequently complains on how rude the tellers are there and enough is enough. Nyack is an inclusive town with kind and friendly residents. If you cant serve black men with respect GET OUT! Corporate will be hearing from me because there obviously needs to be some sort of diversity training implemented. Ignorance and biases are disgusting and unacceptable!

The manager ( Rosalie) is welcoming, patient and very professional, as is the staff behind a desk (Kathy) and the tellers! I love walking in and being warmly welcomed!

Shockingly bad, grim, nosy, rude. Verging on freaky witches at the top. There are some nice younger people. The fish rots from the head down so I hope the young ones run away to a better place.
