Called because my Son's bike broke down. Truck was on the way when other more cost effective arrangements became available for him. Tow was going to be $350 for 60 miles (not unreasonable but costly). Was able to cancel and they were very graciois given they were already on the way. Offered $ for their trouble but they didn't accept. The service was prompt in that they got underway quickly. I really appreciated the understanding and grace. Top notch.

Took great care with my car. Courteous and most professional. Having to have your car flat but it is nerve-racking enough. My auntie classic required extra handling and care which Active Towing administered perfectly. Many thanks

A+++ service. One of my cars was a non roller he was able to get it off of the transporter and bring it to the body shop. He was very professional.
