I started buying once again, creamy peanut butter and is my favorite brand now for peanut butter. Love that is organic and no added things in it.

I was originally happy to find their organic unsweetened creamy peanut butter in glass jars; however, I came to discover that no two jars (with different expiration dates) taste the same and some have a weird aftertaste. Furthermore, though the label says "Product of USA", I learned from company representative Crystal Daniels that the peanuts come from small, organic farms in Nicaragua and Guatemala. How can this be a "Product of USA" when the ingredients in the product come from outside the USA? This is deceptive marketing; it is very disappointing and discouraging. Caveat emptor!

Customer service is extremely rude and unprofessional. Products are either damaged or expired when they arrive. You won't receive a refund either they will just keep sending you damaged product.

I highly recommend Once Again Peanut Butter unsalted, unsweetened with the ingredients just peanuts! Delicious! Best peanut butter out there! The taste exceeds any other natural peanut butters I've tasted!

Purchased Once Again unsweetened creamy peanut butter from Fresh Market along with the Fresh Market organic small batch roasted creamy and crunchy peanut butter. Once Again has much better flavor than The Fresh Market Brand mentioned. I do not recommend the Fresh Market Brand of organic peanut butter. Kroger's Simple Truth organic is similar in flavor to Once Again.

On my last jar of Almond Butter, I got a couple small almond shells. Not great, but ok. Spit them out, Had them before. Then I got a stone, almost as big as a dime in length. Not sure my tooth cracked yet as I have not been to a dentist. I wrote to customer service, a pretty nice and considerate email, and got a "form email" explaining how their process tries to screen things out and that they appreciate customer feedback to help them better that process. Not a 'sorry' or 'how are you.' The form email assumed it was an almond shell. I wrote back and said no, it really was a stone. They then asked me to send it back along with the sell-by date on the jar, which does not have one. "Thank you for being a customer! Our manufacturing team works very hard to prevent such issues but there are limits to what we can do to eliminate shells. First, we rely on our suppliers to eliminate shell pieces in their process to the best of their ability. Second, in our process we use equipment to limit exposure to any shell fragments, primarily strainers, to separate pieces from the butters. Third, we assess material found in strainers and collect feedback from our customers to assess supplier performance. Based on the performance feedback we work with the supplier to try and make improvements or in some cases stop using the supplier altogether. We will use your feedback along with any other that we receive to make supplier improvements." Hmm. But it was a stone.

The almond butter I purchased was excellent for its consistency, texture and taste. I'll get it again when I need a refill. I'm also a fan of emplyee owned enterprises, so that's like icing on the cake. Or, nut butter on the bread.

This is by far the best peanut butter I've ever had. I've tried ever kind I've ever seen in every store I've been in. This is simply THE BEST. When the pandemic hit, my husband and I bought a giant 9-pound tub of this peanut butter. It keeps, it won't go bad (if you scoop it out of the jar with a clean utensil), and it tastes GREAT. Bravo, well done, Once Again Nut Butters. My favorite version is the Creamy Lightly Sweetened. Doesn't taste sweet at all, but it makes it SO creamy and easy to spoon, less sticky and heavy. The peanut butter version of bliss! I love a product well-designed, well-executed. Great job!

We love the Creamy Almond Butter SO MUCH! Tastes wonderful, plus no other almond butter is easier to stir and to retain its consistency in the fridge. Also, we now love the way this company treats customers: I had an issue with something (about the product labeling, not even the nut butter itself) and sent a message via Facebook, got a fast professional response addressing my concerns, which was great, ...but THEN they went above-and-beyond in making it right by sending me not just a free jar as I wanted PLUS coupons—but I was stunned to also receive a cute travel mug with logo, and MULTIPLE jars of my favorite product in the same box. Just Wow! We were already loyal customers from taste and quality of products, but now they earned our personal respect as well. Thanks “Once Again”

Wonderful peanut butter. I ran out and got some Peter Pan and the comparison is a joke. That was the PB of my childhood! The flavor has now been rendered too inferior to your peanut butter.

I tried Once Again Almond Butter. I tasted pretty good, until i bit into a black pebble (or something) that would not be crunched. Too bad, because the nut butter tasted pretty good. I've sent the company an email, but have not heard back from them.
