Nunda Family Pharmacy has the most courteous staff. Unfortunately, being in a historic building they do not have public use facillities/ bathrooms ( @Yongha Hwang)The building dates back to before housing codes were a "thing". (Lol)It's actually a lovely building if you're into old arcitecture i recommend a visit for that alone.I'm not certain, but i believe the bathroom to be behind the counter and allowing the public to be in an area with opiate medications violates the law.

Everyone that waits on you are very kind and helpful! If they don’t have what you need they will try to get it for you or suggest an alternative! Also they have quite the assortment of yarn to choose from and VERY nice gifts!

The Axtells are a wonderful family.They are always very friendly and helpful with anything your looking for.Their staff are efficient and courteous.Being in a small town they are familiar with the residents.They will ask how a family member is doing if they have been ill or had some type of surgery.I am lucky to have such a caring pharmacy locally.I would never take my business elsewhere!

My family was heading to Letchworth park. We filled gas at the gas station across the street. Then my six year old son wanted to go to restroom. Unfortunately the gas station's restroom was out of order. So I entered into this pharmacy to buy something and use the restroom for my son. I asked the lady in the pharmacy whether the store had a restroom for my son. She answered there's no restroom for us. Wow...I was really embarrassed since I didn't know how I could explain this to my son. Luckily my son didn't notice such a subtle rude or unwelcoming gaze to people of different kinds.

I love this Pharmacy and I love the owners! There is nothing but greatness about them! I will gladly do whatever I have to do to continue getting my medicines from Nunda Family Pharmacy! I will go no where else but here!

Awesome pharmacy and owners, Susan and Jeremiah Axtel. Fast, courteous and pleasant. Not like it was in the old days when it would take 2 days to get a script filled. Always a large variety of gift items to choose from for any occasion. �

They are very nice people. best home town pharmacy! Lots of nice gifts to buy for any occasion. Wouldn't go anywhere else, there is always a smile and nice greeting when you go in.

I have always had great service at the Nunda pharmacy. Back in 2009 they saved my life without ever knowing it. I will be forever grateful.

Since the day they took over this pharmacy, the owners have only improved it. It is a friendly place to do business and very polite people work there. Jeremy the owner has answered several of my calls and questions I have had. He is just a good person!!! The store is full of extras that can be used for gifts, and the place is always clean...It is a thousand times better then the previous owners who where rude and didn't care if you came in or not. GREAT JOB YOU ARE DOING JEREMY AND SUSIE.....

very unhappy with service, my husband who own the pharmacy money for pharmacy meds. payed half of the total on my credit card and a verbally agreement was made to pay the other half to be payed after his tax refund that my husband was was waiting to recieve, in order to pay the remaning cost. this happen once before and was worked out among my husband and pharmacy worker before. but by my surprise, because they kept my credit card on file and without any notice ... no phone calls, no notice letters came in the mail. they charged my credit card up to the $300 dollar ranged without making any attempt contacting us in anyway !! to make matters worst, after my husband called to clearly state that he just receive the refund, to pay them. and they said in order to fix the problem he would have to pay them in cash to lift up the charge on my credit card. no apolgies,noting from them. i am sorry to write this, but people need to know that sadly NUNDA FAMILY PHARMACY ... doesn't stick to verbally aggrements, and maybe you should keep a close eye to your credit card bill also !!! hopefully they changed their way... and attempt to actually make a PHONE CALL .... before charging your credit card next time!!!!!!!!
